Kevin and Vivian are the perfect hosts. The condo is clean, cozy and perfectly appointed with all the necessities and nice to have's (extra blankets, coffee & spices, kitchen appliances) as well as close to the TCU campus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful property. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything was in great shape and we had everything we needed there for us! We absolutely love this area and enjoyed staying in this part of Fort Worth.
We look forward to hopefully using this property again when we come back. Thank you!

We were there for the Charles Schwab golf tournament. We also had my granddaughter and her family visit from Dallas. Loved the location, had everything we needed and the owner responded every time I had a question. Very nice stay.

Beautiful little two bedroom hideaway in friendly neighborhood south of Ft Worth. My wife and I like to walk and found easy access to the nearby Trinity Trail. Walking the Berkeley Place and Mistletoe neighborhoods was also very pleasant. Everyone we passed had a friendly hello.
We may have been there a little early for the outdoor spaces to be prepared. But, the front deck and back porch and balcony looked like great places to enjoy nice weather and a have a drink. I'd like to see a little more inviting seating in those spaces.
Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were great for two couples. Internet and TV services were easy to use.
We came for a long weekend away from home and really had a good time. Communication with host(s) was awesome.
We recommend giving it a try.

Many thanks to Kevin for accommodating a last minute “emergency” rental! The property is modern, very clean, beds comfortable and kitchen stocked with all the essentials. This is our family go to rental when visiting TCU.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and convenient. Super cute place in a great location for visiting TCU. Well furnished and everything was thought out. Plenty of extra towels and linens, and even shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and any dishes and cookware you might need were provided. It was really nice to have two parking spaces. Oh, and the front deck/patio was adorable with the twinkle lights and plenty of seating and a small, more private patio in the back was available as well. Great stay!

This location had everything you might need during your stay! It has been my experience that something as simple as towels are not on-site, or the cleaning staff delivered the wrong type of towels. Based on that, I brought a few towels and advised my guests to do the same--just in case. Much to my surprise, There was an abundance of towels! Washcloths, Drying towels, and even towels specifically for makeup removal! The interior was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures did not disappoint at all! The kitchen is well stocked with stainless steel appliances, and even condiments such as sugar, flour, mustard, ketchup, etc. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, with some local restaurants with excellent service and food. It's also located 7-8 mins from Dickie's Arena, and the Museum of Science and History. My only complaint is the lockbox. How I hate these! Hopefully the owner will change this over in the near future. Even with that, I would stay there again!

Great Getaway
We enjoyed our stay in Fort Worth for our girl's getaway. The kitchen was so well appointed. The owner thought of everything you would need! The beds were super comfortable. All in all a good place to stay.

This beautiful, clean, well decorated property was exactly as advertised. Other than having a VERY small shower in the main bedroom bath, EVERYTHING else was perfect. We highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again!

This was our second stay at this home and both stays were wonderful. The property manager, Vivian, has always been very prompt with communication. The house is super clean and well stocked with all the amenities needed. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was spot on! It had all the amenities and was very clean. Location was good in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again when visiting the metro.

The townhome was wonderful plenty of essential items to get us through the week. Convenient to grocery stores, drug stores and eateries. In the right area for the quiet but a quick five minute ride to downtown FTW. The property is beautifully decorated.

Perfect location
We stayed here while visiting my daughter who attends TCU. The proximity to the school, shops and local restaurants makes this the perfect location. Vivian made the check-in/out process very easy and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was especially responsive late at night when we experienced an issue with the thermostat. She called in an electrician and came over with the electrician, in the middle of the night, to ensure the thermostat was fixed. Even though the broken thermostat was out of her control, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

My college friend and I were in town for a wedding and worked remote afterwards for a few days. This property was great! It is newly remodeled in very fun decor and had the perfect amount of space, both indoor and outdoor, for us to work remote during the day. The location was also great near TCU and some great restaurants and parks. We highly recommend the location and property. Vivian was great to work with!
