Well-appointed, comfortable apartment in the centre of Cosham, a short walk to shops, buses and trains. Excellent information pack to assist guests to operate various appliances etc. Great to have lift access and a parking space if needed. Excellent host communication. Unbeatable value for a multi-day stay.
The inward opening kitchen door is inconvenient.

Large clean flat with everything you would expect to find and want for a short stay. Good central location. Clear instructions how to access flat beforehand and an excellent folder inside of everything you may need to know.
Parking space very small. Door lock is worn and takes a jiggle around to make it unlock. Somewhat disconcerting.

A large, tasteful, well appointed 1 bedroom flat with comfy leather furniture and Smart TV. Good location right next to Cosham railway station. On the high street, but surprisingly quiet. Supermarket and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. A home away from home.

It really was home from home. It was clean well equipped and had lots of local information for those who don't know the area. Having the use of a washing machine was a great help as we are on a walking holiday . Great to have a parking space allocated too.

The unit represents good value for money and had been recently refurbished. Spacious in the lounge and bedroom and had all facilities that we needed. Having a washing machine and drier combined was great. Is in a central location and own parking space is provided.
This is by way of constructive feedback only and not to take away from our stay:
The door in the kitchen is largely unworkable and would be far better removed completely. It blocks access to the fridge totally and means only one person can be in there at a time.
The bathroom is of a good size, though could usefully have an extra shelf above the wash basin to accommodate toiletries, as the vanity top is not designed to place things on.
The bed frame is metal and squeaks with every move and coupled with nocturnal neighbours adjacent ( admittedly beyond your control) we moved the mattress to the lounge for an undisturbed sleep. The size of the room could easily accommodate a Queen or King ensemble which would make a huge difference and better sleep. Sadly this lets down an otherwise great overall facility.

Good communication with the property owner. Instructions in gaining access to the property clear and easy to follow. We travelled by train and the station was within 5 minutes walking distance. The property was clean, warm, modern and comfortable, everything you need for a short or long stay provided, iron, hairdryer etc.

Slight niggle with the workings of the hob, but no major issue we worked it out in the end.

Bed small. Kitchen door arrangement made it difficult to get to fridge.

A well kitted out and comfortable apartment. The bed was really comfy. Tea and coffee etc left for us.
If my car had been bigger, it would have been really too tight to park in the space provided.

Great apartment. Nice and close to amenities such as take aways and a pub. Comfortable living spaces and plenty of space.

It was better than the photos. Lots of space. Washing machine was a bonus. TV with fire stick. Super clean. Towels were great.
Only criticism was how small the bed was. Especially with how hot it was.

Good quality, lovely decor
slight disappointment shower was awaiting repair but we knew that just before we arrived. Had to accept these things happen but on the two hottest days in memory, we could have done with it instead of bath which if arthritic, impossible to access.

The bed is really comfortable, with the room being very quiet. Access instructions very clear and easy. So convenient for the train station and then only 40min walk to Port Solent.
The kitchen is a poor lay-out. I am sure modern architects have never used a kitchen with designing a new building. The kitchen door opens onto the fridge door. Annoying at the the poor design, though at most inconvenient.

Every detail covered. We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked in, an amazing apartment. Clean, comfortable & quiet.
Parking space was tight but I do have a large car.

that apartment was easy to find and very well presented. we went to Portsmouth for me to take part in a race to the king so was in an easy place focus to make a base. lovely apartment with great facilities and easy to get into Portsmouth and Chichester.
although this is tricky and not the fault of the apartment the neighbours were very noisy. this slightly detracted from the stay

Spotlessly clean, very spacious, nicely presented apartment in a great location, convenient to Cosham station. Absolutely no outside noise at all. The owner provided clear instructions on how to access the property, as well as on operation of various appliances, which was very helpful to tourists from overseas.

The apartment itself was quite cosy & well equipped kitchenette with appliances.
Car park is well lit , easily accessible to all amenities , we felt home away from home.
We found a bit lost in finding the property the host however helped us

The standard of the property was very good, furnishings etc were very user friendly. More than met our expectations and very glad that there was a washing machine
The bed could have done with being a bit bigger....my husband is well over 6ft and to be fair we are used to a super king sized bed

Door key did not work easily. Large bins by car park (one bin without lid).

Very comfortable. Great size and parking very useful. Station just across the road, which was useful for getting to Portsmouth.
