Property was beautiful and very clean. Everything seemed to be new. It was within walking distance to the resort. Bed set up was perfect for our group. Mark the property manager was awesome. We had an amazing experience with Mark and this property! For the last seven years instead of exchanging Christmas presents we all take the same week in August off and pitch in for a house we can all enjoy. As our family has grown to now include four kids ages 6 and under the type of vacation we choose has changed! This house was perfect! The proximity to the beach and pool was a quick walk, the amenities at the resort were excellent and the location to the boardwalk and night time activities was perfect. We spent most of our days between the pool and beach and the house had all we needed for both. Chairs, towels, toys, umbrella, nothing was overlooked. Additionally, the pool at the house was a perfect size for the kids! The kitchen and common areas were well-stocked so all we had to do was grab some groceries on arrival and we were set for the week. We found the proximity to stores to be convenient and a few times did Insta Cart to make it even easier. The booking process, check in and check out were very simple. Mark was extremely responsive and with all of us traveling from different places arriving at random times he was able to provide access to the resort amenities early! Such a nice option after a long day of travel. By the last day everyone was so sad to leave. We had a perfect week making memories to last a lifetime. We loved it so much we’ve already rebooked for next year! Thank you!

From check in to check out this was an amazing experience! Our host was great and the property was perfect…from location to layout we could not have asked for more! As for location, it’s a very short walk to the pools and beach! And as far as layout goes, every bedroom had its own bathroom and the layout was such that you could not hear the guests in the other bedrooms and when traveling with little kids that is a HUGE plus! And the small pool was very refreshing as well! I highly recommend this property and host and hope to make this stay an annual tradition.

It is so close to the beach and pool resort. And it is a short drive away from Barefoot Landing and many other places. If you are going to be in the Myrtle Beach area, we highly recommend staying at Mark’s place.

The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach, walk to the winery and other activities, plus walk to go eat and we loved that. Access to the resort pool was also amazing. I would highly recommend this rental.

Came down with a group of 8 guys for a golfing weekend. The house was perfect for us with 2 king beds and 4 double beds and each room having its own full bathroom! It is the closest house to the resort, just a short 2 minute walk to the resort pools. Mark made the entire process easy and efficient, checking in with me after booking and a few days before we arrived and was super responsive and flexible with our needs surrounding our arrival and departure times, allowing us to check in early and store our bags later on the day of our departure. I will be back here with my family very soon and hope to stay at the same house.

This property was perfect for our family of 11 with two toddlers. Nice finishes and furnishings. Quick walk to the beach and close enough to walk to Barefoot Landing's shops/restaurants, etc. We LOVED the private, heated pool for the cooler days of our trip in late October. Appreciated the pool/beach toys available in the garage. Unfortunately there were some areas in the home that weren't cleaned as expected (floors, oven, refrigerator) but overall enjoyed our stay.

We take a couple of long weekend (4 days) trips to Myrtle Beach each year. This property is at the top of list . Downstairs master was ideal for the mobility impaired member of our group. Loved the layout of the house. Easy access for shopping and dining out. Access to the resort was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the day we spent lounging at the house by the private pool as well. Mark was great to work with! Kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Beautifully decorated upscale home, nice bed linens and clean fluffy white towels. I loved that the light switches and remote controls were labeled. Entry to the home was super easy and being able to park in the garage was a bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to respond. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Pots and pans were brand new! The plunge pool is smaller than a normal pool but the kids loved the privacy so much that they didn't want to go back over to the big pools at North Beach. To my surprise, they had more fun and it was easier to supervise them. It's located less than 10 minutes from Walmart or Publix grocery store. Top notch stay and I didn't want to leave!

The house was very nice, clean and large enough for all family members. We only had a few issues but upon contacting Mark, he acknowledged and took care of everything in a timely manner. We will be sure to reach out to Mark again when we hopefully return in 2022.

The property was as advertised. Very clean and plenty of room for the rainy days. Mark was easy to work with. When we had a question a simple text message was replied to within minutes. We've been staying at North Beach since it's inception and this home was the cream of the crop.

I originally thought the house was going to be too small for the 9 of us and it would be too loud being so close to other homes. It was unbelievably quiet, couldn't even hear the rain. It was beautifully decorated and the condition of everything was impeccable. It was truly an amazing week!

Great house for our family vacation. We all had a great time in the pool and outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and very close to Barefoot Landing. The provided beach chairs, sand toys, beach cart, etc. were wonderful for our trips to the beach. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.
