unfortunately, the place was not clean. dusty floor ( we found multiple object under the tables and sofas) my pillowcase stunk, so did my sister's room bedding set downstairs. i wish the cleaning team that supposably was "preparing" the house for our stay, did a better job.

A very spacious home, perfect for a large group.

House has ample room, we have 11 guys over a weekend period. We had a huge dinner and lots of room to play games and have a great time.

The places was PERFECT for a large group. Everyone has their own space but had plenty of areas to hang. The pool and view were the biggest hits!

We had a group of 12 and the home was just perfect! Plenty of space for 3 families!!The host was easy to communicate with and all was as expected. We had a great time exploring Vancouver and coming back to the home to relax and swim in the pool in the evenings. Location was key and easy to all the great spots!

We searched high and low for a home that could accommodate 15 people ages 9 - 80, and found this gem in West Vancouver. It was a perfect hub for our adventures around Vancouver and Whistler with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and comfortable couches for our downtime. Well-stocked kitchen, two laundry rooms and plenty of bedrooms gave us everything we needed. Great communication, easy check-in/check-out and a view that can’t be beat!

Our family of eight had a lovely time at this wonderful home. There is so much space! We all felt like we had our on private time, but the living areas were great for gathering too. The kitchen is so well stocked! The view is amazing and there is wonderful outdoor seating. The house is super convenient to tourist attractions such as Grouse Mountain and the suspension bridge. What also made this trip so smooth was how responsive Jila was to every question and need. I hope to stay here again in the future!

It is a lovely property set up well to serve larger groups. We had 11 adults and 2 children staying at the house and there was ample room for everyone (we planned to have another 2 adults stay, which there would have been room). The property is well stocked with dishes etc. and has all the comforts of home and more. The views of Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver are spectacular.

What an amazing property to say the least. We had 14 people in a group and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The beds were extremely comfortable and many people in our group went out of their way to compliment them. The view is second to none, and overlooks downtown Vancouver and Lion's Gate Bridge. Jila was a tremendous host, and check-in/check-out was very easy. She was very understanding and accommodating with us as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area with this large of a group.

The house was awesome. How often can you stay at a place with amazing views, private pool and enough space to house you, your family and friends? We had a wonderful time, the kitchen was well stocked and the house very clean.
We had an issue with the refrigerator but the property manager assistant came right over and luckily there was another fridge in the lower level that we could use.
Would recommend this house.

The accommodations were amazing for our party size of 16 people. Each person has an individual room towel and plentiful bathroom access we were a group of friends who felt as if we were back in our dorms to just hang out and enjoy each other's company and I mustn't forget the fantastic view from the living rooms and deck. It was wonderful to wake up and see downtown Vancouver in the huge abundance of water. What a way to start the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay for our group. We rented the house for the weekend and needed it to be close to the city as many of the guests were mothers and needed easy access to their babies and children in the city. The drive was so fast the west van and the property did not disappoint ! It had a beautiful view, multiple places to gather and chat, a beautiful pool and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed for 10+ people. We were very comfortable with our stay and had the best time! 10/10 would come again!

The place was more than we expected. The property seemed to go on forever. I expected there to be a couple tight sleeping situations but it was perfect. The price point was very fair as well. Having coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean was the perfect way to start the day. The check in process was seamless. My only complaint was that things were hard to find in the kitchen, but how much of a complaint is that even? Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great views and location
This was a perfect location for our family gathering- lots of activities for the kids in the backyard and great views. The house is huge with plenty of space and we would definitely come back if we were in Vancouver again. The host was great and answered all questions timely. Highly recommend!

Everything was pretty good! amazing view! The drains in the showers need a bit of a clean out were plugged. Also the shower heads not much to shower with... and the "hot tub" is not a hot tub... but over all it was a great place!

Family getaway
Very nice, large and clean house with spectacular views and a fun filled outdoor pool. My family especially enjoyed the pool (7kids) and the large kitchen area.

Spectacular Property
Nestled up the hill in West Vancouver, this property was absolutely amazing and was perfect for our group. Traffic heading in and out of the city proper can get hectic at times but overall it was a great basecamp to explore the city and surrounding areas. There was tons of space to hang out and converse and the view is breathtaking. No complaints and the pictures accurately describe the property.

Perfect for our large group.
We came down for a golf trip with a fairly large group. There was more than enough room, the house was very clean and tidy upon arrival and the views from the back yard are absolutely stunning. Jila was fantastic to deal with and was very helpful! Would definitely recommend.
