this is my second stay at this place. Location is great and prices are good but what makes it is the staff. Very nice people ready to help.

The staff at front desk were very helpful and welcoming, Big Thank you to Youness and Niaima. Also, to Ali the overnight reception. There is a beautiful scent when you walked into the hotel and the room which made me relax immediately.

1: Although i paid an extra 100dhs for a room courtyard view as the one I was initially given was the street view I had a completely terrible night. 2: Room 201 is actually above the restaurant so I heard the noise from staff n guests. When the restaurant closed I could actually heard dishes and the cleaning of the floor. I went down to reception and Ali ensured me the noise will be reduced. I felt back asleep only to be bitten by mosquitoes!!! This time of the year there is no A/C but the weather was not cold so I left my window open to be cooler in the room…what a mistake. 3: Restaurant staff needs to stand at the entrance not behind the coffee machine to greet the guest. My breakfast was not enjoyable and the coffee machine coffee was thick like chocolate- I asked for another coffee had to pay 20dhs. The haiara was cold even though the light was on it was cold - when I told the manager I could hear the kitchen staff not very happy but it was reheated and brought out. 4: The water pressure in the shower while there is Rain head and hand held it was a task to shower. Lastly, give receipts for everything that is paid, do not wait for the guest to ask.
