The apartment was very clean and near many restaurants. The property owners were very responsive to our questions. We would stay there again.

I so enjoyed my 10 day visit. This sweet condo was convenient and walkable.

Overall we really had a great stay here. Very well appointed, comfortable bed and furniture. Clean. Only negative is that this 2nd floor apt is directly above the loading dock and trash/recycling dumpsters for the building. At least 4 days there were trucks and loud noise starting around 8 am. Even with all doors and windows closed it was very loud. If you are a morning person, probably not an issue. Not great for vacationers. We might come back but pick another one of their apartments.

I was trying this out for future visits with my husband. We both work while trace frequently. This place is almost perfect for that except my phone stopped working the moment I approached my room. I couldn’t use my ATT hotspot for secure connection or make voice calls from the room. Just down the hall or in the very nice lounge area one floor up all worked fine. Texting and FaceTime we’re fine because I could piggyback the internet. It was gateway having secure covered parking and the host was very quick to respond to all questions. Very high quality and a good location.

Once we figured out how to get in the parking garage (the hardest part was finding it) we realized it was an easy in and out to the units. A bit of walking to find the elevator, and best to have a smaller car for parking but a great location, and Do Appreciate having parking. The accommodations were clean, probably not really handicapped accessible because the bed is high. We’d stay again.

We enjoyed staying at this property - which we have done several times now. The unit and the building are excellent - clean, secure and comfortable. The location is perfect for us and Michelle and Brandon are fantastic hosts. A pleasure!

Modern property conveniently located near public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Walking distance to Lake Michigan beach. We also walked to Baha’i temple, a must see.

A comfortable and hassle free stay
A compact, secure and centrally located apartment with convenient access to stores and restaurants. It was clean and wel equipped. The hosts were prompt and responsive to our requests and queries. The checkin and checkout process was hassle free.

This was perfect for our short trip to Chicago. It was the perfect getaway for a tired parents trip. Since it rained most of Saturday, we enjoyed turning the fire on and watching Netflix in the quiet condo. It’s within walking distance of lots of shopping and eating too. If we come back, we would stay again :)

This was the best place I’ve stayed at in such a long time. I was scheduled for training with my new company this week. I reached out to the owner a day before. Omg.. i received a speedy response from her. The owners are very attentive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place!
Great place, very clean and comfy, with everything you need in walking distance. Owner is awesome and checks in often and even left us an anniversary gift which was super sweet. Will stay here again!

After years at hotels with the hassle and expense of valet parking, limited amenities and just a room with a bed(s), we truly appreciated all the condo amenities. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Our check-in process was flawless and touch-free...it all happened online. We utilized the underground parking - so great to get off the street and out of the weather! My teenage son slept on the couch/sofabed in the family room which was comfortable and easy to use. He enjoyed the game room and fitness center in the building. We did not use the pool so can't speak to that but it looked nice! 2 blocks to bars/restaurants/stores, 10 min walk to the lakefront or NU campus.. Many thanks for everything - will definitely stay here again!

Nice, well equipped apartment
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is well equipped with everything you need and was very quiet. The underground parking was really nice and it is easily walkable to downtown Evanston and Northwestern University. I would certainly stay there again.

Great place to stay in Evanston!
We sent our son to NU during our visit. The condo is well kept and clean. It has everything we need and it's only 5 minutes away from NU. The owner is very nice and texted us the check-in and check-out information. She responds to text messages within a minute. A/C is nice and quiet! Kitchen has all the supplies. It also has washer/dryer in the unit. Even the TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc. You can watch shows with guest profiles. Walking distance to restaurants in Evanston. Best of all, I like the indoor parking space. It's easy to get in and out. It's very secure. We'll definitely consider the place again in our next visit there!

Great Downtown 1-Bedroom
Was the perfect location for getting around downtown Evanston and getting to Northwestern campus. Highly recommend for extended stays. Apartment is identical to photos.

Definitely recommend for people who wants to just get away and just looking for a place to stay
The place is just amazing. They have all the amenities that you’re looking for. From pool, gym and the best part is the indoor garage that they have! Literally came here during a winter storm and our car is literally clean and no hustle of cleaning. Felt like we were home while we were staying at the place. The only thing was that we had trouble getting inside the condo as it was supposed to be keyless entry door and had to call the owner of the condo and waited for half and hour. But Brian(Miyhun husband) was so nice and friendly he drove just to open the door for us and gave us an extra day to stay as a courtesy. Definitely will come back.
