This home never fails to deliver! I have stayed hear multiple times. Whether it is a group of friends or a family trip, it is always a great time! The property is beautiful, clean and wells stocked. The host is very responsive to all of your needs. I will book this again and again!

If you're like me, you travel everywhere by boat. This house is in a great location for most everything. It sits within a fairly quiet cove close to Hwy 72/221. Lisa is very good to communicate with. Wished there were king sized beds in the bedrooms because each bedroom is very large. There's plenty of space....everywhere in the house. All the accommodations were really good. The kitchen is over the top with everything you need. We brought our own coffee maker since only a Keurig is provided. We will definitely use this house again.

We had an amazing time. One of the best things was the kitchen. Having the "essentials" for coffee or a basic meal was really awesome. When you go for a weekend its tough to pack all spices, cooking oil/spray, etc and expensive to buy for just one meal. This is the first home we have rented with these items and its the little things like that make a difference. The master and second bedroom was a little awkward to have to walk through our 15 year old's room each time to get to the master bedroom but we spent most of our time on the lake so it wasn't a real issue for us. Overall outstanding property and beautiful location.

Perfect for our family vacation! Three master bedrooms are perfect for my husband and me and our grown twin sons, their wives and a grandson! Secluded, quiet and a great space for gathering. Would definitely book again! My daughter in law left her glasses and the owner mailed them to her. Amazing customer service!!

Spacious house with everything you need. As with all lake houses, understand where you are on the lake in proximity to what you want to do. Having your own dock is great if you rent a pontoon, kayaks or SUPs. Our host was very responsive to a couple of hiccups we encountered and we spent an enjoyable week here.

The house was so amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Spacious enough for 3 couples to to have privacy and the decks has plenty of seating. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very nice house. Had everything we needed to cook. I accidentally left my charger cord to my laptop and Lisa was very quick to respond and have the cleaning crew get it back to her. She then shipped it back to me. Thanks for a great stay.

When the weekend started off with an issue out of their control, they were at the house within an hour and then had professionals there to fix it as soon as possible the next day. Then they offered a refund for the night affected without being asked. The house was spacious, well stocked, very comfortable, wonderful to cook and craft for our family girls’ weekend. The porch is definitely the highlight! Highly recommend.

We were in town for an adoption for our daughter and son in-law. The house was perfect for us. We really liked that each room was like a suite. We all had our own space. Our host was very accommodating and so kind! The view of the lake is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area!

This house was perfect for my extended family. Not only were the lake views very pleasant, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and the house large enough for us all to get together for activities but have our space when needed. Can’t say enough about the screened porch!

Everything about this property was amazing. Would definitely rent again if we are in the area. We had everything we needed and enough space. If there was one appliance to suggest, it would be a small air fryer. Totally not necessary, but would be a great add.

The property is just as described! The views were great & the screen porch was the perfect place to sit & relax! We enjoyed having the boat dock & the extra dock! The swimming area is great with plenty of shallow area for kids to touch & deep water for jumping! We will definitely be renting again!

Greenwood lake is really nice. We loved the home. It was modern and lots of light. The highlight for us was the screen in porch and the views. The ceiling fan on the porch made it even nicer with cooling us off…home and amenities were nice. Great washer and dryer. Will stay again. Neighbors were welcoming and nice.

We had a blast at Lake Greenwood! Lisa and Matt made sure the house had everything we needed and were great at communicating with all our needs. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, floating by the house and even rented a pontoon boat and docked it at our personal dock! There was also a BBQ festival going on in downtown which was a nice surprise! I highly suggest renting their house, you will not be disappointed!

The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The screened patio was great. We brought our own rafts for swimming and some lawn game toys. Rented a pontoon boat at a nearby marina and golfed at The Links at Stoney Point. This is our 2nd year on Lake Greenwood and we love it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! The house was clean and very well stocked. I feel that they should advertise the screened in porch more in the ad! We spent all of our time on the porch watching the boat traffic. The lake breeze and ceiling fans felt great! It’s a nice little fishing hole on the slough also!

The property is certainly well maintained and our stay was a pleasure. The screened in porch was the high point for us. We were out there from early morning to after dark just watching the water, turtles, heron, bluebirds and ducks. It is very quiet and peaceful. We brought and set up a table for a puzzle and worked our way through 2 big puzzles during the week right out on the porch. It was exactly what we were looking for. Lisa, the property owner, is very serious about making sure everything is working correctly. Our first day the garbage disposal wasn't working and I messaged her and let her know. Even though I said it was no big deal for us, she had her handyman there within about an hour and it was quickly repaired. Her response time was impressive. And if you are looking for a house with no stairs this is the place for you. Just one step out to the porch and two down to the master bedroom. So if you are someone who cannot do a lot of stairs, this house is perfect. We were already talking about coming back and gave the house high marks as the favorite one we have rented.
