Kitchen features of wood cabinets, granite counters and a pass-through bar to the covered lanai! The breakfast bar w/wine rack above opens to the dining room with French doors to the patio and pool!

Beautiful location but this house is a wreck. The floorplan is just bizarre with bedrooms located up and down steps behind the garage and upstairs with some kind of weird lofts and master closet in a remote section of the attic. Light switches are so confusing the property manager has tell you that the switch you need is probably not on same floor as the light or fan you want to control. The microwave above the stove is ready to fall down and doesn't work so instead of replacing it they just put another one on the counter. The refrigerator water and ice dispenser don't work, there is no heat in the pool so it's unusable and none of the master bedroom windows will stay open, they just fall closed when you let go to them.

This was the perfect spot for four senior ladies to stay. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Three slept on the main floor and I chose to climb the spiral staircase to the master bedroom with the balcony. Good exercise. We had plenty of hot water!!! And the home was very clean.
It was so relaxing and quiet with a peaceful view from the patio under the lanai. The kitchen is fully supplied and the utensils are easily accessible.
We had a very comfortable stay despite the rainy/stormy weekend. We would love to come again for our time together.

The original listing we booked with stated 4 bathrooms
With showers and they quickly updated it correctly to 3 with showers and one half. We spent most of our family time there outside in the beautiful pool area with the fabulous view. Spotted dolphins, pelicans and tons of beautiful boats and yachts. Pool and weather was quite cool but had a wonderful siblings reunion at the property.

It's an older house but very comfortable...
Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors
and close to a few nice restaurants within a miles distance .. would definitely stay here again.

It was more than enough for our big family space. We sow dolphins few times. Great place for fishing. Donna properly manager always available for eny questions. Thank you.

Very large house that was perfect for our large traveling group. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Beautiful area. Great pool. The host was in contact with us throughout our visit to make sure all our needs were met.

Great home in a really nice neighborhood. Had dolphins and a manatee swim past the dock. Donna was very responsive and helpful.

This house was great for out guys trip. We pulled many species out of the canal in the back including many red fish. I was able to rent a boat and pull right next to the dock for east loading and unloading. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

This property is very clean and spacious. Donna was awesome she replaced a broken toaster within an hour. Very accommodating with our dog….. thank you we plan on staying next year.

The property was very well stocked with all kitchen dishes and cooking equipment needed. As mentioned in other reviews the property is dated but very useable with a wonderful view and a very nice pool area ! Beds were comfortable and the property manager is excellent to deal with. The flat top patio gas grill is very ice !! We all enjoyed our stay and would go back ! Thank you

My family all 11 of us stayed for 5 days. We had a great time. The home has 5 bedrooms which was perfect for every couple to have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed 11 people. The screened in pool deck is where we spent all our time. Apollo Beach is a 10 minute walk from the house with shopping and restaurants all within 2 miles. Donna the property manager was great to work with. She text a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Great place and Great location.

There is nothing wrong with the property or setup, but is very apparent that it is just a rental. Basic amenities are missing: no soap in showers, pillows are very old and mushy, bedrooms have very minimal furniture, outlets are very far from beds and in inconvenient locations. Location is great and pool is as well but it is missing all thr little things.

My family and I have an annual girls trip, and this by far has been one of our favorites! The home was very inviting, clean, and spacious! The pool and waterfront view was amazing! We are also very appreciative of the great communication and customer service our host provided! Check in was seamless thanks to the timely instructions received. I would highly recommend booking this property and look forward to booking again in the future!

We had an amazing experience at this property, the best part was we spent most of our time in the pool area just relaxing, when we weren’t fishing. My only suggestion is to at each room should be upgraded to include TV’s as everyone wanted to watch something different at different times and there was only 1 TV

The check in process was easy. Great for a group wanting to getaway. Everything you need if you want to stay in but restaurants are close to eat out. We will definitely be back. Property Manager, Donna was awesome.

We had a great time at this home and the property manager communicated with us very well. The house does, however, need some TLC. The landscaping definitely could use some work and a lot of the brick pavers around the pool are loose. But, for the price, it’s a great place to stay!

A very nice, compartmentalized vacation property. It has plenty of outdoor elbow room for everybody to enjoy the rental. The house has some creaks going up to the second floor, but still a generally nice property to stay.

Property was overall OK shortage of furniture (living room and bed rooms) although the ping pong table was nice (didn't use it) a pool heater would have been a better choice.
