Really cute place, thoughtfully updated and very clean. Owner communication was prompt and unambiguous. Highly recommended.

We stayed 5 nights at this updated apartment. It is updated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and items are in good condition.The bathroom is very small so bringing an additional makeup mirror to use in another room would have been ideal. The owners communicate well and very responsive. I would recommend this rental.

Great stay, enjoy lovely remodeled home.

Such a cute home. It was very clean and cozy. It has lots of options on the tv if you want to hang out and relax. As others noted, the stairs are a little steep but there’s a hand rail. We asked to check-in early and it was so easy. We actually were greeted by the person that gets it ready and she had cookies for us! The location is perfect to walk into the cute downtown and we loved our stay. Highly recommend!!

I was really impressed with this property. It was exactly as listed, no surprises. Super clean and very well updated. This isn't a criticism since it's exactly what we expected, but it is small. We (family of four with a couple of younger kids) found it to be perfect for a quick stay where we spent most of the days not at the property. Big folks - the bathroom is a bit tight. Again, the property was REALLY well kept and really nice. The location was great - there were a couple of nice places to eat nearby and it was a short drive down to Mammoth Cave. The owner was also excellent - just the right amount of info and communication. We didn't have any issues, but I have no doubt they would have been very easy to get a hold of. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place to sleep at night while you enjoy the area during the day.

We had car trouble and needed to stay longer while it was fixed and she gave us a late check out for a reasonable rate. This house is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had 5 people staying here and meals were tight because the kitchen is tiny, but it suited our purposes of sightseeing well. We were extremely comfortable here and were very happy with our stay!

My husband and I had a great visit in Bowling Green. We enjoyed the sites and the location of our unit. Wayne and Stacy have a beautiful unit for use which is well stocked and easily accessed. We spent two weeks there and enoyed every minute. Hope to return in the future.

Not too bad

My husband and I rented this townhome for two nights. The pictures online were beautiful and we looked forward to a weekend away. My interaction with the owner was responsive during the booking process. However, afterwards our experience was not the same. We searched for two hours to find a parking spot at the location. I messaged the owner numerous times during this two hour period, but no response. Finally after finding a parking spot, we were unable to get the code to open the door. At this point, it was getting dark and we decided to leave to attempt to find lodging elsewhere. I messaged the owner again and explained the situation and requested to be contacted for a refund. About an hour later, I received a call from the owners husband apologizing that he had been ill and was just then seeing the messages. I completely understand this was very possible. He stated the the reason we were unable to get into the townhome was because the wrong address was listed. He asked how he could make the situation right and I asked for a refund. He agreed to the refund and had VRBO to send the refund. However, it wasn’t the full amount and he stated VRBO wouldn’t refund the portion for all of the fees. He requested my address and indicated that he would send a check for the remaining amount. A week passed and we hadn’t received the check. I texted the owner as a follow up and never received a response. I had high hopes with how beautiful the townhome looked online. However, I would proceed with caution based on our experience.

Tucked away behind WKU beside, very clean and comfortable. Parking was very challenging at times especially if you have a larger vehicle. Owner takes great pride in this property an it shows. Bathroom is upstairs an is fairly small but very modern.

We flew our daughter's pastor in for her wedding and he stayed in this VRBO. He only had nice things to say about his stay. The owner was very responsive any time I messaged her. Great experience with this VRBO.
