This was a great property spacious very unique.

Asked for properties that did not allow pets due to family allergies. 1st thing we see upon arrival. Dog pic on window, dog pillow in living room, dog books. Area for leashes to be kept. Also left behind clothing by mistake and have failed to reach someone to help us retrieve those items

My sister and I rented this home for a visit with our cousin for weekend of music. The house was very spacious, and we were happy to find two comfortable en-suite bedrooms instead of one room having twin beds. We loved waking up to have coffee on the deck beside a lovely babbling brook. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. My only negative comment is that the “owner’s fee” should be included in the rental price and not revealed later as a separate item.

House felt neglected and needs work
Pros: location to waynesville and roomy home. Peaceful neighborhood.
Cons: mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced, towels need to be replaced, no soap or shampoo for the shower, master closet had broken picture frame and white substance on the floor, kitchen - knob to utensil draw missing, pots and pans lacking, lock knob on sliding door missing, rollups on both sliding doors needs to be replaced, both kitchen sink drains rusted.
Will not be returning.

The house was very clean and located in a very nice private housing area. The area was very quiet and peaceful and there were no cars that traveled up the road we stayed on. It was close to Wal-Mart and other shopping areas and restaurants. We hated to leave to go home.

I was in town for business but brought along some family so they could enjoy the local hospitality. My family explored Waynesville and Asheville visiting their shops, restaurants, and local breweries. Making plans to come again.
