Property was clean but older and some things showed their age, like parking areas, deck and porch. The view from back porch is beautiful. The linens and furnishings were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have long but thoroughly enjoyed our time at St George Island!

This split level one bedroom condo is well appointed with a pool area/Gulf view. Nice balcony overlooks pool area and we watched dolphins swimming by while having breakfast. A big plus is private parking under the building, which makes it shaded. The bedroom is carpeted (not my favorite) and the bed is comfortable but very high for a short person. Water pressure is great and bathroom was clean but it hasnt been updated since the place was built. Ceilings are popcorn, too, so it's not a particularly swanky place. No water or ice in refrigerator door either. So nice, clean, and good location, but not posh.

The owner of this rental charged us an extra fee AFTER we left claiming we brought a pet , and WE DID NOT bring a pet with us. I do not have a pet. And my fiancé pets were boarded at his Veterinary office and we have the receipts. I have been reaching out to this owner but we will not respond to me. VRBO has been contacted repeatedly but so far I’m still out of my money, and this person has illegally taken money from me.
Also please note that if you have mobility issues be away that the photos of the townhouse do not show the multiple steps to get to front door, as well as steps up and down in the unit.
This is our first experience dealing with a dishonest person. This was our first time using Vrbo, and if this wrong done to us isn’t corrected, we will never us Vrbo again.
Once again, we did NOT bring a pet with us. When we left the unit we left it clean and did what was asked of us.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and exactly as pictured. The owners were quick to respond to messages. It is quiet and close to the state park. We would definitely stay again.

St. George Island is a perfect place for anyone who wants to just relax at the beach. The condo complex is near the state park at the east of the island-this made early morning walks very perfectly serene. Our condo was exactly as pictured and the perfect size for two of us. The place is nicely furnished, kitchen is well-appointed, the grounds and pool were clean and there is a very short walk to the beach. Julio was very quick to answer and questions that we had and was very helpful when we had to leave due to Hurricane Idalia. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

Property was great! Had an issue with the hideaway bed, but the owners diligently responded and made everything right. Great people to work with. The place was very well kept and a pleasant place to stay when not on the beach. Facility was awesome! A few miles from the city center, but perfect spot on the beach, nice pool, and close to the state park. We will be back!

Townhouse was nice, easy access to pool and beach. Leaving complex was tricky due to all the trucks and SUVs parked by the side of the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect size for us! Everything was clean and tidy! There were even extras that you don’t normally get with a rental. Communication with the owner was great and very timely. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband, son 12 & myself had a fabulous stay. Extremely clean, decorated beachy, all the amenities of home. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and having coffee while watching the gulf. Pool was clean. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful beach and condo is a short distance to it. Condo was just the right size and well maintained. Quaint beachtown and a walking/bicycle path throughout the island. Loved the lighthouse and restaurants, too. We went in Nov so not as busy there then.

I was looking for an affordable beach condo for just myself, and this property was exactly what I was looking for. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, bed and living room furniture very comfortable, well-stocked kitchen.
This unit overlooks the pool and is a short walk to the beach.
The owners were very responsive to all the questions I had and replied quickly.
My only negative is, if you are short like me (and bad knees), the bed may be a little challenging as it is a bit high.
I hope to stay here again on future visits.

This was a great quite place to stay. The location of the pool and access to the beach were outstanding. The only thing wrong I found with this unit was no Pot Holders for getting hot pots off the oven or stove, there was only a sponge to clean counters. But we managed. And being 69 years old with COPD the stairs was a challenge, but my legs are stronger thought. Overall Great Place, would recommend it to family and friends, young one's older ones might find the stairs hard t o clime.
