I have been very happy with my experience with this rental. The apartment was clean and ready for move-in. It was as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; I walked my dog many nights after dark, and I felt safe. The other neighbors were friendly and quiet. The property outside was well cared for and clean.
I would recommend renting from Richard; he was very prompt with responses to questions and any needs.
