The townhouse is a perfect size for a large group. There were 8 adults ranging from mid-twenties to 60's in our group and we all had space. There are 3 levels so prepared to use the steps. For us, it was great exercise. The bedrooms were spacious as were the two living areas. We had beautiful weather our week there so we did not take advantage of the fireplace. It's also in a great location. Just minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. While we only had one car, there is a two car garage and parking directly facing the garage. Again, we had great weather so we left the car out and did not use the garage at all. Ryan, our host, was very responsive to any questions and even gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The place could use a fresh coat of paint (unfortunately some renters don't have consideration for other people's homes) and some extra towels and linens as well as a few more extras. Other than that, it was great.

This home has lots of room and areas to gather. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice. The owner references the highway and train noise in his description. The highway noise is loud and luckily I had my earbuds and could drown out that noise some. The internet would occasionally drop and Ryan was very responsive (it was an Xfinity issue). There are plenty of restaurants and shopping near the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed this very nice home, great location, and Ryan was very attentive to our questions and needs. This is our third trip to Nashville and first time I have rented this home. Will do so again on our next trip!

This property was great in suiting our needs for a weekend getaway. It was a spacious home that included a garage. The property was minutes from downtown and other cute Nashville neighborhoods. Highly recommend.
