We enjoyed spending time at the complex’s pools - they were never too crowded and we had no trouble finding lounge chairs. The water was warm and the sauna was great!
We did not attempt the walk to the nearest beach but it was an easy 5 - 10 minute drive. We were happy to find parking lots charging only $10-$20 because finding street parking was very difficult.
As mentioned in previous reviews, the unit itself was in need of an update. The balcony was large but the traffic noise made it less than ideal for relaxing.

Nice place to stay if you are willing to not be on the beach. They have a fun tiki bar and grill facing the harbor and Tigertail beach is a short drive away. The hostess answered my questions promptly and check in/check out was painless.

I booked this place because I appreciated that the owner didnt over charge the fees. I'd stay again for these reasons: it was quiet, the kitchen was well equiped, plenty of towels and bedding, easy access to conference I was attending, notebook with restaurant recommendations and menus helpful, beach chairs available for use, it was clean, covered parking was nice, and the extra room off the bedroom was perfect to keep my luggage and clothing out of the way.

Exactly as described. I had a wonderful stay. Place was perfect for me. I was very comfortable. My one recommendation is to get a better front door. Hard to open sometimes and one lock. I put a chair under the doorknob. Lol. Tara even gave me extra time on check out day due to my late flight. Much appreciated, thank you so much.

We have been to Marco the last three years and we have rented here just once. We will be back again next year and rent with Tara again. The property has everything you need for a Marco vacation without spending $700 a night at the Marriott. Owner replies back immediately with any questions you may have. We had a great experience.

This condo was clean and had all the things you need for a nice stay. The kitchen has a good range of appliances, including two kettles (which we've found a lot of places don't have), a good quality oven and a dishwasher. It's also nicely furnished with plenty of cupboard space for storing belongings. The WiFi and TV worked well and the balcony is pleasant for watching the sunset. The location was convenient and there is a large car park, though just to mention, you do have to register as a short term rental on the community website when you check in, so they know your car is authorised to be there, etc. The two pools on the site were another big plus. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo has so much more going for it than a room in one of the big Marco hotels and was much cheaper. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had a little trouble trying to figure out checking in
But the owner was very quick to respond, thankfully.. Really enjoyed the place but also appreciated the little stuff like having garbage bags and coffee filters, because who remembers to bring a coffee filter?.. Thanks for the stay

Location location! Check in process was seamless, communication with Tara was spot on, bed was comfortable, sunset from the Lani was beautiful and the pools were lovely. Paradise seafood market is amazing. (3 blocks away) Beaches are very close Dolphins Tiki Bar was great on the property! The grouper fingers with red beans and rice😋. Unit needs a little refresher but at that price point a few little things could be overlooked , Your in Paradise enjoy! Covered parking was a plus! If you would like to dine out either casual or upscale. Get there early. Peel yourself away from the pool at 3 and get ready for dinner if not you may not get a table. Rose marina is next door. Boat rentals, excursions and a very nice ships store at the marina. We took a water taxi to Keewana island through Hemingway water tours (at Rose Marina) highly recommended! Secluded island with little to no amenities! But we like a quiet unspoiled beach We will be back but not at high season. Too busy for us.

the condo complex had two beautiful pools and the dolphin tiki restaurant on site has the best food however the unit we stayed in was a little run down and needed some real TLC also it wasn't very clean

Property was as listed. Clean and comfortable. Loud road noise was the biggest complaint. Great complex, lots of friendly people. Nice pool area and tiki bar. No communication whatsoever with property owner. Lockbox was a bit difficult to navigate and made it hard to open the door.
LIttle bit of upgrade to this property and it would be awesome!

Loved the location, close to Old Marco. The condo had all the amenities that we needed. It was nice to come back from the beach and have a drink from the Tiki Bar by the pool.
We also appreciated that the owner let us move in a day early on short notice.
I do agree with a few others that a little painting update is needed in a couple of areas.
All in all we had a wonderful vacation experience!

Great place to stay in “Paradise” Marco Island
Condo clean, cute and everything we needed was there. Location perfect and so easy to get around Marco. Always able to get a place at either pool. Could not have been happier with our stay!!!

Nice place, but needs updating
Cute unit, but could use some updating. Had pocket doors that the paint was peeling off of and that didn’t close properly. One went off the rail, but the property manager was very responsive to fixing it. Furniture older, but comfortable enough. Complex was very nice with Dolphin Tiki Bar and Grill right on the property.

The property was as advertised. Furniture and bed comfortable, everything worked, nice patio. Could use some minor cosmetic updates, but for the price and location we were very happy here. Extremely friendly and responsive manager as well. Would stay again!

The location was good - walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Two pools and hot tubs on the property, along with the Dolphin Tiki Bat Restaurant. I gave my son the bedroom and I used the pull-out couch in the living room. My son slept very well and the pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable. There is a good amount of road noise however because of the proximity of the unit to the road. I would definitely recommend either having a sound machine in the rental unit for guests to use or for the guests to bring a sound machine for their stay. The unit does need some updating as mentioned in a previous review, but the price is right. My son and I had a great time and we thank Tara for her hospitality! :)

The location was good - walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Two pools and hot tubs on the property, along with the Dolphin Tiki Bat Restaurant. I gave my son the bedroom and I used the pull-out couch in the living room. My son slept very well and the pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable. Nice getaway space
The space has everything you really need as a place to stay if you’ll be out and about and hitting the beaches. It’s small but has areas to relax with a nice screened-in balcony. The “beach access” is slightly misleading in that you are within driving distance of multiple beaches. If you plan on cooking there, make sure you bring your own cooking oils/ seasonings as there were some basic kitchen items missing. Overall, a great stay with a great onsite pool. Would stay again!

We came down for a wedding. We passed on the expensive hotels and are happy we did. Quite, comfortable, clean and cozzy. I recommend the Snook Inn at the end of the street for good food, live music and on the water dining. Great host.

The property was so well represented online and we had such a great time. Everything we needed was there and the condo was just right for our weekend on Marco Island!!

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable, clean and conveniently close to most things on the island. Definitely would like to visit again. Make sure to check out the Dolphin Tiki bar on premises! Good food and drinks!

Condo was perfect for my husband and I. Loved having a full kitchen and living room. The complex is well maintained and offers a beautiful place to walk in the morning. Location was close enough to the beaches and restaurants.

Quiet and Enjoyable
The property is every convenient to all locations on the island. Easy to get to and a quiet family setting. Everything went well and it was a great time. We'll look forward to coming back.

Ok stay, we only slept there, a bit surprised by things like bathroom door that was broken and pullout foam pads/mattress. Master was fine

there were several boating tours right out of rose marina which is basically walking distance to room. Had breakfast, at Smith house just a few minutes away in old marco village, it was delicious. they are adding a bakery soon would have loved to bring some items home.
