Great place in tulum downtown area for big groups

This was a cute place to stay. It is a little far from the Tulum nightlife and we paid $25+ for each taxi which got a little expensive. So if you plan to go out at night to rosanegra or chambao, this place is not too far but the taxi's will cost a lot. To get to the beach rent a bike and it will be a morning adventure.

The property came as advertised. The AC units blow cold and the house comes with everything you need for a nice stay. There is a parking spot in front of property and the place is secured by a gate that is only accessible by people who are renting there.

I really enjoyed my stay in the penthouse condo. Upon arrival, we met Manuel who was able to let me in a little earlier than planned. The place was very clean and came stocked with water in the fridge and beach towels. Quite honestly we didn't spend much time in the penthouse, but when we did it was great. There three of us guys and we would have had more than enough space for each of us to have companions. While the place was great, the absolute jewel that comes in addition to this place is the concierge service of Manuel. This guy's recommendation's were all gold; from places to go, to restaurants, to where to get COVID tests, to guiding us to the nearest grocery and convenience stores...Literally everything that Manuel suggested was spot-on! Also, working with Andrea's full property management team was simply a joy. All of them were great and they even helped me with a transfer from Cancun to Tulum, and the price of the transfer was about the same as everyone else. My recommendation would be to rent a car or a scooter if you're not staying for a significant time and your budget allows. The place is close to everything, but not so close that it's easy to walk. The only issue that I would take with the place is that the road is not paved. It rained quite a bit when we were there which created significant water puddles that were deep enough to have concerns about driving over top of them unless you had a SUV or Jeep. I think if it would have been sunny the entire time, it would not have been as much of an issue. With all that said, I would highly recommend; both the place and concierge were extremely helpful in adding to the enjoyment of our first time to Tulum!
