The property is gorgeous, everything in the property is good quality. The host is great, very friendly. The surrounding area is perfect, only a 15 minute walk into town. There is a very popular eating place next door but one and we had breakfast and diners there most days. We really enjoyed our trip.

Restaurant Bars and shops on the doorstep, racecourse 2 miles away, car park just 2 minutes walk away, some parking outside for loading and unloading when needed. 3 good double bedrooms and a good open plan kitchen diner lounge.
Wi Fi good. Perfect for our visit new year jan 2023.

What a great find. We decided a while ago to arrange a stay in Cheltenham to Celebrate New Years day at the races and it was fantastic. Ideal find , and we were able to walk to the race track. Would defiantly recommend.

A beautiful home
Every detail had been thought about in this house to make our stay feel super luxurious! The decor is classy, and the house perfect for an adult family stay. Located in a great spot not too far of a walk into Cheltenham, and also with some great amenities located nearby including a supermarket, butcher, pubs and cafes. We stayed for a family birthday and it was the perfect weekend. Only minor downsides were that parking was on the road outside the front of the property, and a sleep mask recommended if staying in the main bedroom as the street light is quite bright. Otherwise an amazing find, and we would definitely go back if staying in Cheltenham.

This was a beautiful holiday home in a fantastic location. The bedroom upstairs was incredible with the stunning bathroom.
There wasn’t parking on the premises, however, there was free parking on Bath Road straight outside the property. We were lucky to get the spaces.
The property is well equipped and beautifully clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

Dominic was a really good host, his communication was clear and quick and friendly.
The property itself was stunning to say the least! Everything has been refurbished and decorated to a really high and quirky standard. The property was exactly how it is pictured. All of the bedrooms are very big and well equipped, two big bathrooms, and one additional toilet. The kitchen came well-equipped which was really helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the temperature inside the property was just perfect. There was a TV in every room so entertainment wasn’t a problem. The only thing we couldn’t find was a mop/broom so we could clean but this was minor. Check-in and checkout was seamless. Thank you to Dominic for being such a great host!!

Excellent location
The place is in the perfect location for local bespoke dog friendly bars and bespoke shops. All you need on your doorstep. The place, despite being situated on a busy road, was quiet and very secure. Very clean and comfortable and would recommend.
