The house was nice and great location. However, when we checked in they had not changed code so we had to be contacted to get and this set the tone for the whole weekend with to much communication constantly with the owner. You could not control the AC unit and it was preset and when you have 8+ guest you need to be able to set the AC unit lower than 74. It was a beautiful day the Saturday when were there and had back slider open and screen slider closed which again got another text and email we could not do this. It was cooler outside than inside so we were trying to get fresh air in. Every time you opened a door loud chime and voice saying open. Also, 1st night smoke detectors beeped all night and we had to disconnect one to get it to stop, this causing another text and email from the owner. The freezer did not produce ice so we had to buy bags of ice, and dripped water and kept towel on floor so not to slip, also refrigerator would not close properly had to slam to keep our food cool. The master bath toilet ran all night first night and had to keep lifting handle after every use to get to stop. We felt like there were cameras inside and we were being watched outside the whole time very weird when your mothers and your kids trying to enjoy yourselves. Had a blowup dingy boat with paddles and a blowup paddleboard I got an email and text saying we were going to be charged for unauthorized motorized the morning of leaving. Which infuriated me when they were not. Overall nice home but would not stay there again because I felt my privacy was being invaded as well as constant text and emails and things not working especially with the extra fees that added up for 3 nights way to much.

This property is spacious, very clean and fully stocked! Comfortable furniture and a terrific backyard with a very clean pool, nice patio furniture and terrific view of the canal in the backyard. Fishing off the dock, hopping in the pool and plenty of sightseeing nearby. I plan to return next year!

We booked the house to decompress from our week at Disney. It matched perfectly to the description provided and exceeded our expectations for the time we spent here. It was a great place for the weekend to hit the beach and relax at the pool and the inlet for a peaceful close to a trip.

Home is in a wonderful location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood on the river. The pool setting out back is perfect, with lots of pool chairs to relax in, pool floats, and a pretty view of the river. Mosquitos can be bad out there later in the evening, but the property owners has that covered by providing candles and bug spray . Going out to dinner, the bars, & the beach is extremely easy from this property. It's a straight shot to the beach, bout a 2min drive or a quick bike ride. Surrounded by so many restaurants and bars that are easy to get to. The inside of the home is very nice, plenty of sleeping space, plenty of dining room seating, a nice big couch & TV. The kitchen is stocked very well and things are labeled for use. The decor around the house gives things a nice vibe as well . I reccomend this place to anyone. We loved it.

The location is close to downtown Coco Beach. We didn't have to drive long to anything. If you get to Lori Wison Park by 9 or 9:30, there is plenty of free beach parking. This location has showers and bathrooms. We had one very minor issue while staying here and the property manager took care of it right away. Great service. I would definitely stay here again.

House was clean and met our needs. Pool was nice to cool off in. Need to be mindful of going out at dusk, mosquito's and no-see-ums on the attack. Caught 1 fish from the dock, did not spend much time fishing to be honest. We had to leave two days early due to Elsa. Would think twice before staying again, too many little items not working.

Had such an amazing stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful house, pool, and neighborhood. Beach, restaurants and attractions just a few minutes away. Owner was very helpful and the house had everything we could have needed.

The house had everything we needed. In a beautiful area close to everything. The interior of the home was decorated in a modern style. The beds are very comfortable. Has a nice dock with abundant fish and bird species. Very quiet area. Overall wonderful stay! Would recommend for anyone looking for a very clean, quiet home, but close to all activities. Thank you!

We are beach lovers, and this meticulous home is only a mile from the beach! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house itself is bright and cheerful. The backyard provided fishing for our teenage boys, and a tranquil setting for my morning coffee. I highly recommend!

The house was great. Exactly as described in the listing in a great location. We loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock in the back (you’ll need shrimp for bait!). Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is a little small but we didn’t mind since we enjoyed getting meals from local restaurants. Our only negative was the overkill on security. Every time you opened a door to the outside the alarm system made a loud noise and announced which door was opening. It was obnoxious. We also had a bit of over communication from the owner but I’m sure these things all come down to personal preference. Overall, even with the slight negatives we enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach and can’t wait to visit the area again.
