We loved the proximity to food & attractions. We feel like the furniture is in need of replacing. The couch is so low it’s hard to get in & out of. King bed in master could use an upgrade as well.

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed this condo very much! The view from the patio was the best part! They had everything we needed except for a fitness room. I was disappointed to find out there was only an airdyne bike in the game room. The owners were VERY responsive to us with any questions we had! The location was right where we needed it to be! While there were many steps it wasn't that bad. Grill worked great and we enjoyed the pool too! The floor was kind of sticky and dirty so we did keep socks on while inside. All and all, I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in Osage Beach!

We enjoyed this property for our girls getaway! Nicely appointed place with a gorgeous sunset view. We enjoyed eating on the deck while watching the boats. Close to lots of food and boutique shopping. Already talking about coming back!

I had read in other reviews for this condo that it was on the lower level and that there was a lot of stairs down to the unit. Our group are all in our early 60's and it was a trek up and down the stairs especially when we were hauling our stuff in and out. There are over 50 stairs down to the unit from the parking lot, to echo another review, pack light if you stay here. The pool was said to be heated and steps from the unit, it was 42 stairsteps up to the pool which was cold and unheated. The unit itself was dated and showing its age, the best part of the unit was the deck. We enjoyed watching the boats during the day and looking at the lights across the lake at night.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and spacious. Grill might need to be replaced, but other than that it was great!! Easy access to our boat at Formula.

Wonderful condo with amazing views. Owner was very responsive when we had questions before our stay. Be sure to pack light as there are 50 steps down to carry stuff in/out.

Place was great! Had me and 2 of my buddies use this place for a weekend away. Place was tons of space, great deck for watching the boats drive by and right next to the pool to hang out at all day watching the lake, and close to the main drag to get to restaurants and things to do.

Everything went smoothly- the booking process and communication with our hosts. The Condo was absolutely perfect, clean and all the amenities of home. We enjoy every aspect of our stay and are hoping for another trip to Lake of the Ozarks!!

Very nice condo, and the location was great. Plenty of towels, and the pool was clean. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the activity on the lake.

Many stairs down to lower level. They were very kind to give us a refund because of early check out because of the stairs. Would stay again on ground level for sure.

The view of the lake from the property is amazing! Right from the deck. The condo itself is lovely with everything you need. For tennis lovers, though, the tennis court is not a full size court. Everything else is amazing! We will definitely stay there again.

Location was nice and the view was beautiful. Was in the 300 building lower number so thoughtit would be on a ground floor..didn't realize it was 3 floors DOWN.. so lots of stairs and our son recently had leg surgery 😕. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Nice, roomy condo with a very nice deck looking over the water. Heard live music from Dog Days (retaurant) across the lake on most nights. Had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

Property was lovely, we really enjoyed the pool, and enjoyed the balcony in the unit. Having the grill was awesome, we cooked outside and ate all our meals outside watching the lake. Our two year old son loved watching all the “bups” (boats) drive by every day. Owner was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! The only thing i would mention is that the flight of stairs was a hassle. I would recommend a cart for groceries and shopping.
