As expected, super calm area.
Beach has tons of sea shells and option to use a pool in the facilities of Ocean Village is nice.
Host was super fast and responsive if we had questions.

My sister and I came down for thee perfect Florida beach location! That is exactly what we got ❤️❤️❤️ our host was friendly and attentive - his condo was perfect beautifully furnished and decorated with everything we needed or could have asked for! The surrounding area and resort were beautiful with gorgeous manicured gardens, choices of pools and the most beautiful beach with the nicest people! I could not have asked for a better vacation ! This was our first VRBO experience and it was excellent I gave five stars both for kindness and excellence!!!

Condo was excellent. Very spacious. Loved the layout and furnishings. Everything was very clean. The host was great to work with as we had to cancel our first deposit due to a family members health. We received our deposit back right away. We were able to rebook the same week after canceling. We were very grateful. Hope to return someday to this beautiful place. Thanks for sharing your home.

This was a great condo and a great experience. The host was more than accommodating with a delay in our flight time when leaving, and the place had ample supplies to make it an enjoyable week. The location to the beach and the pools was excellent and the condo itself was in pristine condition. I will definitely return to this condo and the owner was a wonderful personable host. We stayed at one of the most well laid out, decorated and supplied condo . The owners did a fantastic job putting their condo together. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Alain's property was everything we anticipated it to be. The pictures are spot on. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The lani was our favourite "room", we ate all our meals out there! Alain was only a text message away and always responded back quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends. Hope to return ourselves!

Updated condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A short walk to the ocean, restaurant and numerous pools. Owner was great! Communication was above and beyond. Highly recommend staying at this well kept complex.

A perfect get away location from our hectic lives..apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you might need. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course was wonderful for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails and a game of cards. Alain and his wife are the perfect hosts! Definitely will come back! My friends and I had a wonderful getaway.

Husband and I stayed here for a week. We thoroughly enjoy the property!
We loved spending time on the porch overlooking the sixth green. It was very peaceful.
The living room had a super comfy sectional couch, perfect for napping!
The kitchen was phenomenally appointed. We also enjoyed using the charcoal grill.
The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment was impeccably clean and the grounds were very well-kept.
He enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and Ocean Village restaurant and most especially, the beach. The beach is gorgeous, great for walking. They have a storage area with everything you could want for the beach including a little cart for pulling your chairs, umbrellas, etc.
We would highly recommend this property and definitely plan to return!

Great vacation!
The property was great. The house clean and inviting. The pool and the beach had easy access. The restaurant on site was good too. The only issue we had was the noseesums. They bit me up like crazy.

Great Place to stay
Our stay at Alain's place was great, first off he was very responsive on any questions I had about our stay, the place was very nice and clean, you can tell that the owners put a lot of work into it. Conveniently located to pool/Beach area we were able to walk everywhere. The home was nicer than most high end resorts I have stayed at and would recommend this place to anyone.

Also the owner was very thoughtful with all the amenities in this condo. The kitchen was very well stocked including K- Cups for the Keurig!!!! We loved the location and Hutchison Island. Condo was Perfect
We are from WV and came to FL to visit our son and family that live here as well as vacation at the beach. The CONDO was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, close to anything we needed. Perfect to do nothing or to be active. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The resort was safe and very nice. We will stay there again!
We truly enjoyed our children while in Florida. We took an airboat ride, went on a day trip to Legoland, played at an arcade/bowling, celebrated my grandsons birthday on the inlet, went to the Aquarium, played in the beautiful ocean the first two days the the seaweed took over the beach ugh 😣. We swam in the pool a couple of times, took morning walks, saw the sea turtles, their eggs and a baby turtle, and absolutely fabulous sunrises 🌅. Cooked in, ate out.

Slice of paradise!
The property and Ocean Village is a wonderful vacation spot on north Hutchinson island. The condo is very spacious and meticulously maintained. The owners are delightful and extremely responsive and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved everything about the property, beaches, pools, snd surrounding area. We hope to return soon!!

The owners and I communicated nicely and they were kind enough to check on us during our two week stay. A+ rental and would love to rent again.

Mattress was awful, just awful. Could not get any of the TV s to work , no instructions left for us or area info , restaurants on property were not open for business , found out about the pool Location from a neighbor
