This was absolutely beautiful unfortunately. We had a lot of rain but that did not dampen our spirits. The house was exactly as the picture showed and actually the pictures didn't do it Justice. We all so need it this thank you for a beautiful place

We honestly felt like we found a gem of a stay close to Helen, GA. The views from the back porch were breathtaking, the kids had an arcade & a pool table to keep them entertained & the entire family enjoyed the hot tub! Would highly recommend staying here!

The cabin was perfect for our getaway. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the room with bunk beds with the arcade game. We loved the decks and the view. Beds we’re comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils and cookware etc. that we needed.

Beautiful home and well equipped

Went here on my honeymoon. Arrived on Sunday and stayed with my husband and I until Thursday. We had a great stay and this place had everything we needed. We had a few questions once we got there and they were answered very fast. On Thursday our children arrived to have some time with us as well. The kids loved everything. We will for sure be coming back. I will say they have thought of everything including soap for people with allergies as I didnt have to buy detergent like i normally do because my child cant have perfumes on her. The only thing I saw that could od been changed is the first aid box. My child did fall and I just happened to see it before i was going to buy some stuff for her but the items inside of it was very out of date. But other then that EVERYTHING was GREAT. And we will be back

We Took my parents who are in their 80's to the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Andy Lookout. The owners have everything labeled and the property manager was excellent. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed and was decorated for Halloween. I highly recommend this property and the view of the leaves and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Loved the hot tub too.

Perfect property for 3 family's with kids. Close to everything, but so we'll maintained and fun we preferred hanging out at the cabin to going out. Planning next year's visit allready.

I don’t have the words for the property or the area and how much we enjoyed every second of our trip. The property could not be more perfect, clean and accommodating. It was perfect for our four teens and two adults! The location and views are beautiful! We had so much fun exploring, hiking, and rafting. The proximity to so many activities and fun is perfect. Never a lack of options. The communication with the host was timely and friendly. I have zero complaints! I hope to return next year!!

We absolutely loved staying at Little Andy Cabin… the property was very well maintained inside and out. Close to everything you’d want to do! Awesome view and well stocked. We had a great time and would def go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin! It had the most beautiful mountain view and was conveniently located to all that we wanted to do in Helen. The cabin had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The kids LOVED the video game machine! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We will absolutely book again in the future!

Lovely property, great hosts. Hot tub is HUGE. Easy to find and plenty of yard space. Loved that their is an upstairs and downstairs fridge. Lots and lots of games. No complaints. Plenty of wine glasses for our wine loving group :)

This cabin was extraordinary! The attention to detail was amazing and our stay was absolutely wonderful! The closeness to Helen and Dalonega was a plus also! Loved the fire pit and the view off the cabin deck was breathtaking! Hope we can return to stay here again!!

This cabin was Fantastic!!! Jessie was a pleasure to work with and everything was beyond all our expectations! If we go back to this area if it’s available we will definitely stay here again!

We could NOT have rented a better cabin for our family and friends to be with us as we got married on 12/11/21! We just wished we had better weather!! No one had a problem staying in!! All the midage kids and 20’s kids loved your set up! We cooked the night of the wedding and had all amenities needed! Shy a steak knife or two. We had a dead battery on the day to checkout and was just Steve and I. Your property manager hooked us right up with a jump then to Cleveland for our new battery! We have some awesome pictures of us in our wedding attire, that my brother took during a short rain break!! Your property was what we all needed and the enjoyment of your property was all that you promised plus some!! After moving on to Pigeon Forge for a few days to another cabin for a honeymoon. We wish we had not made reservations to leave yours and go elsewhere! The grown siblings are already talking of Christmas next year!

We had an amazing stay at the Cabin!! The cabin had everything you could need for a vacation and then some. The labels were very helpful. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk room! We would definitely stay again. If you have young kids or babies the cabin is great because you can close the door to the stairs for safety. Loved the stay just watch out for Sasquatch in the driveway.

This place was the perfect combination of easy to get to, loaded with amenities/accessories, and a beautiful view for a fall weekend in the mountains. The house had everything we needed and more and anything we couldn’t find right away was just a text away. No detail was overlooked. Highly recommend for whatever type of getaway you may be looking for.

Spacious but cozy cabin with beautiful view that is close to everything. Cabin offers something for all age groups. We all hope to return soon. Jessica was very helpful as a host.

This cabin vacation was just what our family needed! Everything about our stay was wonderful! The cabin is beautifully constructed and furnished. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and the linens were fresh and smelled great! The view off both decks was absolutely stunning! We had 6 adults and 2 children there during our stay. We all slept great and the beds were so comfortable. We had more than enough space for all of us. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk room and had the best time playing on the arcade machine. We had a blast playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and making smores at the fire pit! The kitchen was fully stocked, so we had no trouble cooking and grilling. When we felt like going out to eat or picking something up, it was a very short drive to Cleveland and Helen. The Ingles in Cleveland was one of the nicest and largest grocery stores I have been in! There is so much to do in the area! We went to Anna Ruby Falls (about a 15 minute drive) and hiked the beautiful Laurel Ridge Trail at Smithgall Woods State Park, which is just minutes from the cabin. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had everything we needed during our stay, but if there had been any issues, Jessie was very responsive to texts. Wifi connection at the cabin was excellent! We did have a little trouble with cell service for calls while we were inside the cabin, but had good service just outside the front door. We would definitely stay here again!

The property and home is beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities; hot tub, fire pit, pool table and the swing. We choose to stay in and enjoy the home more than we have on any vacation.

The cabin is a great location to Helen and Cleveland and is well taken care of. We’ll definitely rent the cabin again.
