Beautiful property with a great location! We enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants, bars and the beach! Home is very clean, spacious and well equipped. It easily accommodated the six of us. It has a beautiful water view. Colleen was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Colleen’s property was excellent! We tied a family vacation in with my niece’s wedding. Two of our three daughters live out of town so we cherish the times we are all together. The house we stayed in was absolutely perfect. Everyone had their own room and we were able to eat breakfast and lunch in and dinners out. The pool and amenities were great!

We loved our stay. Colleen was very responsive. The condo was beautiful and we loved all of the different seating areas. Great location.. a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location to walk to the beach, off the main strip. Beautiful views into the bay. We traveled with 2,2.5 and 4 year old kids and this place was great for kids and adults! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was comfortable and clean with plenty of room for eight of us. We loved the water views, the pool and the fact that we could walk to the beach and to many restaurants. Colleen was very quick to respond to all of my questions prior to and during the trip. The townhouse had a number of amenities which I appreciated not having to pack, such as beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, coffee filters, hand soap, linens, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent. I highly recommend this beautiful townhouse.

Our family had a great time celebrating a 70th birthday. Property was great for children with easy access to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Conveniently located allowing to walk to most restaurants, otherwise a short car ride away. Communication with property was great as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Gathering to celebrate friends 60th Birthday in Clearwater Beach. Condo was beautiful inside with plenty of space for six adults. Couple blocks from beach access and short drive to main bar/restaurant area or under mile walk.
Colleen was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic views with 3 levels of outdoor living space to enjoy the beautiful skyline, plenty of space for our family of 7, extremely clean, some supplies to start your stay without having to run to the store immediately. I could go on and on. Highly recommend this gorgeous property a few blocks from Clearwater Beach. Can’t wait to rent this unit again! This has been one of the best rentals we have experienced. Property manager was very responsive.

Beautiful, immaculate townhome in the heart of Clearwater Beach! Spacious, very well stocked, immediate and pleasant communication with property manager, easy access upon arrival. Lovely views, peeks of dolphins swimming by! Pool & Hot Tub were a bonus! Security guards at the pool were extremely friendly! Comfortable furniture in the townhome and perfectly situated seating and entertaining areas! Definitely will be back!

The townhouse is nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. It's nice that it is located on the waterway and in walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

This was by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. It was a short walk to lots of restaurants and the beach. The place was very clean with lots of space. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The property was amazing - spotless, spacious and accommodating! Colleen was easy to work with and accommodating to all our requests. We had ample room for six adults. The location makes was off the main street and very quiet but also close enough to walk almost anywhere you wanted to go.
We will stay here again when we return to Clearwater Beach!

Great Family Place
This is a great place for a family vacation. Plenty of room - 4 bedrooms plus 2 family living room areas along with a patio and balcony. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook for all of us. The location was great because we easily walked to the beach and restaurants. Loved it!

Wonderful Family Vacation Rental!
We had 3 family friends stayed for the beach vacation. This house was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary items (bath towels, plenty plates, dish soap, etc). Owner was very responsive and helpful answering any questions we had during our stay. It was a walking distance to Clearwater Beach, but we enjoyed going to Anna Maria Island for less crowded beach. Totally recommend for this beautiful vacation property.

Peaceful Balcony Views of the Bay
This is truly a unique property. It's located Just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of busy Clearwater Beach. Perfect for walking to a large selection of restaurants, bars, and the beautiful white sand beach. We had a blast experiencing Clearwater and then retreating to our beautiful 3 story rental that had the most peaceful views of the Bay. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the bay. The furnishings were beautiful, beds comfy and it was very clean. We highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place this conveniently located with quick beach access. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby (for dine in and carry out).
The property is extremely well-maintained and matches the image you get from the pictures on the listing. Overall we had a great time.

Wonderful stay
This property was amazing! Being up close and personal with the dolphins made our morning extra special. The townhouse is spacious, with the perfect refreshing décor. The short walk to the beach and dining makes it ideal for anyone. Thanks for opening it up to us and we will definitely be back to visit hopefully soon!
