Very enjoyable house in a great location. We wanted a place to stay that would accommodate a family of 2 parents & 2 kids plus sister-in-law and nephew, and the layout of the house was great for this - it allowed sufficient privacy since the downstairs bed/bath are in a private corner of the house with the rest of the rooms upstairs. Parking for 2 cars was easy, the driveway could have probably accommodated another two. We were worried about dog smell as we've experienced that in past homes, but there was nothing of the sort. My only concerns with the home were an off smell in the 2-bunk bedroom upstairs, and it seemed the sheets and towels were jammed too tightly in the washer so they didn't get fully cleaned - there were some make-up stains and lint that should have come off. There were also some signs of water entry in the upstairs queen bedroom and around the window to the left of the fireplace, though that didn't actually cause us any problems. Back to the positives - the location steps away from the Sandy river was great, the kitchen had way more silverware, glasses, spices etc., than we could have used, and there was ample firewood to stave off the cold for our 3-night stay. There were also some fun gems hidden in the upstairs reading room, like a 1951 copy of Life magazine, so it's worth having a look around. Finally, even though the furniture is not the most modern spiffy stuff from the Pearl District, it was all very well kept and comfy.

Everything was fabulous about the process of checking in, communicating with the property management and checking out. The property was clean and well stocked for a short or long stay. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee. Even though there are neighbors very close by, the neighborhood is VERY quiet! So nice. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in our cabin by the river. It was well designed for engaging in fun family activities by the fire. We had excellent support and prompt response - best I have experienced at any rental. The area was beautiful.

Property was tucked in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. It is Surrounded by tall trees that kept us cool during the hot day. House was also a very short walk to the river and short drive to lots of restaurants.
Would definitely stay again.

Five of us stayed here recently for a bachelor getaway weekend.
The property is managed professionally, and our communications, key pick-up, and drop-off went on without a hitch, even though our plans changed.
The home was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and neat. The beds available were comfortable and varied in size and location, with plenty of options for different family situations. (Two of us got a kick out of sharing the room with the queen-sized bunk beds.)
The kitchen was well-appointed and spacious - great for whipping up communal meals without too much improvisation required.
The living room and loft were well-stocked with board games and video games for those drizzly nights in by the fireplace.
This New Yorker found the locale breaktaking. A beautiful, quiet community near the Sandy River and a short drive from several trailheads including the stunning Ramona Falls. The shops in town have everything you need supply-wise.
If your friends or family are looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway, we highly recommend this beautiful home.
P.S. The wifi password on the blackboard is not correct - which led us astray for a few minutes. But the correct wifi info - and much more info - is in the house binder.

Five of us stayed here recently for a bachelor getaway weekend.

Makes for a nice place to sleep in between days of snow play. Clean property and manager was quick when there was an issue with the refrigerator. Beautiful mountain cabin feel that is great for families.

The home was wonderful. Very beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. My only criticism is that during our stay, we ran out of firewood and we’re unable to connect to the WiFi, because the wrong WiFi password was proved to us. When we attempted to contact the office about these issues, we never received a call back, until the end of our stay. However, we were not contacted by the office about our request for a WiFi password and more wood for our fireplace, but rather the frustration of the neighbors about the amount of cars in our drive way, and an investigation of how many people we had staying with us. I found this to be incredibly inappropriate, and very poor customer service. We did not breach the terms of our reservation, and we only occupied the space that we paid for. Customer service, prior to finalizing the reservation was fantastic. This was only a unfortunate experience from this property manager.

Plenty of space for communing on the main floors open floor plan, and tons of privacy for the kids and grandkids in the upstairs bedrooms and loft family room. Heat was challenging because the central heat heated up the upstairs too much when the main floor was comfortable but we managed to get a rhythm with it. Fireplace is lovely and all seating options comfy. Loved there was THREE extra leafs for the already large dining table. Had a blast discovering the trails, visiting with neighbors, and just chilling.
Only caution for those needing to have consistent wifi- it was spotty. Not a place I would be able to work from doing telehealth. But otherwise—-perfect land we will be back!!

We booked Glacier Court Resort for Christmas. 4 adults and 2 dogs. We were thrilled to see the cabin was decorated for the holiday. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed and the fireplace had enough wood for 3 nights. Our holiday was complete with several inches of snow. The cabin was clean, cozy and setup just right for everyone.

We loved our stay here! The house is cozy and we loved the fireplace. There is a short trail nearby that leads to a great spot to sit by the river. Although the area has lots of fun things to do, we have an infant and so really enjoyed being able to have a good time without having to go anywhere else. Although firewood was provided, we ended up buying some of our own to supplement so we could keep the fire going more than a few hours a day.

Peaceful getaway with a baby
We loved our stay here! The house is cozy and we loved the fireplace. There is a short trail nearby that leads to a great spot to sit by the river. Although the area has lots of fun things to do, we have an infant and so really enjoyed being able to have a good time without having to go anywhere else. Although firewood was provided, we ended up buying some of our own to supplement so we could keep the fire going more than a few hours a day.

The house was well spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. Very cosy! Nice short walk to the river, great location for adventure to other areas to visit. Only thing I would have liked to have had in the middle of the heat wave when we visited was air conditioning. Otherwise perfect!

All the beds were incredibly uncomfortable for all in our party. The main problem was that when we arrived the dining table light which had 6 bulbs in it had all 6 burnt out. Plus at least 2 other lights in other areas. There were also huge cobwebs in two corners of the living room. Plus a few other small issues. Fortunately, when we went to the property manager she immediately took my husband across the street to buy us some lightbulbs. Otherwise the place was in a great location and had a nice feel to it.

As previously mentioned, the carpets could use a good clean, but keeping the upstairs windows open helped freshen up the space. Speaking of those upstairs windows: they are not safe for young children. I would recommend bringing your own window locks if you have young ones. We ended up moving some furniture in front of the windows so we could keep them open and not worry about our 5 year-old.

As previously mentioned, the carpets could use a good clean, but keeping the upstairs windows open helped freshen up the space. We enjoyed ourselves quite a lot. The house is easy to find and off the beaten path a little bit but not super isolated. It is located in a neighborhood with many other houses but it is set up such that you don't really notice your neighbors. We could hear the river from the house and it was really well stocked with space, chairs, bed, kitchen supplies, etc. We used the grill but not the outdoor fire pit due to fire danger. Having some outdoor furniture in addition to the couple chairs along the house would have been nice. I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone travelling with a group/family. We had 5 adults and it was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience overall. It was great for me, my husband and our 9-month old. Plenty of carpet for him to safely crawl around on and plenty of room for my nieces and nephew who live down the street to visit. My only complaint is the smell. While I adjusted to it quickly, it smells unmistakably like wet dog. All our belongings smelled like it as well. I truly believe that a deep carpet clean would help as the house is mostly carpet. Besides this, it's a lovely home, stocked with all the essentials. The bathtub on the first floor is dreamy and the home is in a quiet, serene location. The mgmt company was more than accommodating when we needed an early check-in and when we decided to extend our stay. Clean the carpets and you get five stars.

Our family had a great amazing stay at this very clean and amazing cabin at the mountain. It is well stocked and has tons of character. This cabin is very spacious and super clean and organized. Nice getaway from the city, warm and welcoming.

However there were perks in that there were two trails connected to the neighborhood that the family enjoyed. Everything felt incredibly clean and well-stocked. We used the indoor fireplace a few times and the extra deep tub in the downstairs bathroom. The river was great nearby although very strong and loud - so our hopes in letting our younger kids hang out there on their own didn't work out. My husbands family is from Bend and we flew in from Dallas, TX and enjoyed 4 days in the woods. The kids had fun and the adults enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and listening to music. Everything we needed was there and it only required a few trips to town to get extras. Highly recommend this place. It was very comfortable for 5 adults and a kid.
