The location is superb, easy to walk into the centre and also very close to the market hall and bars & restaurants, and lovely view of the Pont Neuf and the river. The apartment was lovely, nice big bedrooms and bathroom, and the kitchen/living space was very well furnished. When we had questions, the staff - who were just upstairs - came and helped us out immediately, which was great.
There was no cloth in the kitchen to wipe work surfaces/tables but there was a supermarket just up the road so not really a problem. Can't think of anything else, everything was absolutely fine!

Facilities and staff was amazing but they need to install proper aircon as sleeping was a torture during heatwave. We understand its not usual to have aircon however climate is changing.
Not having aircon during heatwave
