The property location is perfect. The unit inside in need of a lot of maintenance. Plug-ins are coming out of wall. Loose tiles in master bedroom. Not enough light in laundry room. Outdoor furniture not very stable. Barbecue should be replaced with electric or propane unit. Loose handles on cupboards. Other than location not worth the cost.

The balcony and pool and beach was amazing! Interior was a little dated. Great space for a family.

My friends and I have traveled for girls getaways for years and this was our first trip to Mexico. This beautiful condo overlooked the pool and the ocean. We fell asleep every night listening to the waves. Fabiola, our owner contact , was immediately responsive to any issue that arose. If you are looking for a wonderfully relaxing vacation, look no further.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fabiola’s condo Ocean Terrace. The condo is gorgeous with the most amazing views. It is very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The beachfront the beautiful pool, and the hot tub are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Fabiola

This condo is on the Golden Mile of Nuevo Beach. Here the lovely sandy beach is wide, flat, & easy to walk. You can walk from here to Buceries in about two hours. The condo itself is located with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The common areas including lobby, pool and beachfront seats are impeccably maintained. Security is air tight. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The owners are relatively new & are planning some upgrades to their condo that will make staying here even more enjoyable.

This condo is on the Golden Mile of Nuevo Beach. Here the lovely sandy beach is wide, flat, & easy to walk. You can walk from here to Buceries in about two hours. The condo itself is located with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The common areas including lobby, pool and beachfront seats are impeccably maintained. Security is air tight. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The owners are relatively new & are planning some upgrades to their condo that will make staying here even more enjoyable.

This was a return visit to Ocean Terrace. We had spent many many vacations here in the past. But, it had been several years since we had visited. We love love love staying here. The location is perfect, the people are friendly, the local food is great, and the pool and beach are perfect! We will come back again and again to enjoy our quest oasis in Mexico. This is home away from home !

This was a return visit to Ocean Terrace. We had spent many many vacations here in the past. But, it had been several years since we had visited. We love love love staying here. The location is perfect, the people are friendly, the local food is great, and the pool and beach are perfect! We will come back again and again to enjoy our quest oasis in Mexico. This is home away from home !
