We truly loved this beach house! It has everything you need plus much more! The beds are extremely comfortable, and you are just steps to the beach! Arrival was easy, and no issues with check-in or entry. The pool heated for us to an amazing temperature to be able to swim in February! We booked this house to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I was not disappointed! We read the previous reviews about certain supplies only being a few items, and so we prepared but otherwise you have more than what you need! The bathrooms are clean, and the location simply cannot be beat. Less than a mile walk from Clearwater Beach and the pier. We look forward to booking this home again!

This property cannot get any closer to the beach! The prime location allows for easy walking to bars, restaurants, and shops. During our stay our family enjoyed the heated pool and grilling in the backyard.

I’m still trying to resolve an issue with this property, they do NOT respond. We stayed Mon-Fri and informed them Mon the pool was dirty, it wasn’t cleaned until Thursday. We were unable to use the guest house at all because there were 40+ horse flies inside. I took a video and sent it to them, they claimed they would send someone and never did. There are 4 large trash cans outside and all were overflowing and one was covered in maggots. The sofa is quite stained. My stay ended 2 weeks ago and I’m still trying to get reimburse for the complete inability to use the pool or the guest house. The only thing that saved this vacation is that this place is steps away from the beach.

When we first arrived it was dark out and the keypad to the door was broke. We had to call the emergency line several times before someone helped us find a spare key after searching with them on the phone for over an hour. The front door knob came off in my daughters hand from the inside once we were in and we had to sleep with the house not secured for the first night. The only reason we picked this cottage was because we wanted a private pool. Well the pool was not in working order. The filter, pump, and heater were off and broken. The pool was filthy on the bottom with garbage and piles of dirt and leaves. The top of the pool was no better. I asked for a skimmer because there wasn’t any and that never arrived. I called abs texted several times during our stay to complain about the pool conditions. No one responded. However, they did send someone out to fix the door and he had no work order for the pool. The gentleman that worked for AML rentals told me they have completely abandoned this property since all their other properties were an hour away. He took one look at the poool and said “wow you should complain”. The guest house had ants allover the bed so we didn’t utilize that either and the washer and dryer did not work. The house is is a dump and completely falling apart. It does not look like the pictures and the host does not care whatsoever about you. They never apologized about the pool, they just kept promising someone would be out. No one ever came.

The property was a building away from the beach, very convenient. The location is walking distance to Pier 60 and other main road shops and restaurants. The pool was enjoyed by all ages. There were beach supplies (chairs, tents, toys available to use). The king beds in the main house were very comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen cooking and eating utensils supplied, Grandma especially appreciated the Keurig. It was more like a hotel for the starter supplies offered (a couple rolls TP, small bottle shampoo, etc., a dishwasher tablet). I have not had that with previous VRBO rentals. Downfalls would be: no oven mitt/potholder for kitchen, limited bathroom space, bunk bed room temp was warmer than other rooms. We would stay here again!

Location, location, location! This property has it in spades! First, the beach is about a driveway's width away. It takes less than one minute to be hanging out at the ocean. There were also beach accessories in the storage area (chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon) that made going to the beach convenient and easy. Second, you can walk to most places on Clearwater Beach - restaurants, excursions, shopping, etc. We only used the rental car when we left Clearwater Beach. When I viewed the property pictures before booking, I was a little concerned about the tall building next to the property - I thought it might feel intrusive. That turned out not to be a concern; instead, it provided a little afternoon shade for the pool. I wasn't sure how much use we would get from the pool, and again, it was not an issue. We used it every day! It was a great way to start the day and unwind at the end of a busy day. Yes, I highly recommend this property.

The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. The walk to the beach was ideal. Kids loved the pool.
