Large group of 28 people stayed for a week. House was perfect for what we needed and location with easy access to the beach was fantastic. We did have some maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by the owner. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

This house was amazing, clean and very spacious that even with a house full, nobody felt like they didn't have their own space. The view was amazing from every level. The deck pool was perfect for the littles! Having your own private beach area was so nice! Loved having a washer and dryer on the main and second levels. We will for sure book again!

Large house with great access to the beach. Deck is perfect for relaxing while grandkids played in the pool after a day in the sand. Plenty of room for watching movies and football on the numerous TV’s. The bunk room was the place for our grandkids to all pile in to sleep. The management took care of the few small items that needed addressed. We would definitely rent again!

The house was perfect for our big family of 10 adults and eight grand children. We loved the fact that it was right on the beach and we did not have to cross any roads with all the grandbabies. The house was very nice and clean. Like any other house That is used by renters it had some wear and tear on it. But I told the management company of the small issues and I am sure they will fix them. The rental company was very cooperative with us when we called on anything. The check in and check out was very easy. The pool is small and works well for small children. We will definitely come here again.

Absolutely amazing!!! My only suggestions would be to add a dishwasher and decking around the pool that isn’t so hot. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!!!!!

The location of this home could not be beat. An easy walk over the boardwalk onto a perfect, clean and large uncrowded beach. Our only thought for improvement would be the lack of basic supplies and staples in the house. We are a group of 8 adults and 6 children, 3 years old and younger. We would have appreciated a weeks supply of toilet paper, shampoo, soap and garbage bags. We spent good money for the week and we needed to get the basics for the house. We found that a significant issue and thought for improvement

The house is awesome! It fit our group of 21 perfectly. I wasn’t a huge fan of the surrounding area though but we mainly stayed the beach that was steps away. House was clean and well taken care of. We would stay again.

This house was perfect for our large family of 16. There were more than enough beds and baths to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We used both the grill and the green egg which was so nice! I would bring/buy a good stack of dish towels though. The proximity to the beach was so convenient and the kids loved hopping back and forth between the pool and beach. We walked to get ice cream a couple of nights and appreciated how close we were to restaurants and a few shops. Management was very responsive to our questions and when we had an issue with the coffeemaker, they brought a brand new one by within a couple of hours. We most definitely will rent from Warren Beach Rentals again. It was a truly wonderful experience!

The pool was great for the four children 2 and under. The view was beautiful for the adults to enjoy over a cup of coffee before the kids woke up and again with your choice of beverage after they fell asleep. Grocery stores were close by and with all the kids we did not try to eat out. The kitchen was perfect for our large family. The bunk room upstairs would be great for older kids!! Having a king size bed in every room was a huge plus and one of the reasons we booked this property. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future family vacations.

Sea Turtle was very modern, spacious and well furnished. The beach was great and location is very good! Enjoyed our stay! We used the gas grill to prepare a few meals. Everyone used the private pool while entertaining on the deck. Parking was ample.

My family was taken away from what the sea turtle offered. The kids room was the perfect setup for all of the 8 kids. The Sea Turtle was Perfect for grand parents all the way to the young adults and couples. The heated pool was the perfect balance for 65 -70 degrees of clear sky November weather. Perfect! A few good beach items and pool side toys were left on site for the kids to enjoy. The huge modern kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our thanksgiving meals. The manager was available and responded to questions during our stay thru the Vrbo app. The maintenance team quickly responded to boost the temperature in the pool because the kids loved earlier and late evening swims. We chose this house for our destination wedding as we could have all of our family stay in it with us. The house was beautiful and the pictures can't compare to seeing it in person. The entire experience was amazing and I would definitely stay there again! The house had everything we needed as well as a few surprises! I will say that the bed we slept in was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Highly recommend the experience, definitely worth the money!

This place was honestly perfect! The house is absolutely beautiful and well kept! The only thing that was tricky was the washer and the dishwasher (maybe it was the user malfunction lol). The beach was beautiful and the views were amazing!!

Had a wonderful family vacation celebrating our mother's 80th birthday. The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of spacious bedrooms with beautiful views of the ocean and a large open space kitchen and family room where we could all gather comfortably. The house is very well equipped and well kept. I would highly recommend this rental.
