Excellent property! My next vacation to CO. I will skip Aspen and stay at this Condo in Dillon. Lots of space, beautiful mountain views from all windows and balcony and easy short walk to marina, ampitheater, and playground.

I thought it was going to be too good to be true when I saw the availability and pictures. Pictures didn't even do it just, such great views, super nice place and a short walk to Dillon Amphitheater for the show. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Clean, comfortable and very well stocked!

Rental unit is great. Satisfactory cleaned and lightly furnished. Very good western view of the mountains, Lake Dillon is visible to the left from the balcony. Good 200 Mbps Comcast internet. Well appointed kitchen, could have some more overhead lighting though. Installing an entry door latch to secure it while inside, esp. at night is recommended. Secure underground parking for one vehicle but quite tight straight spaces. Would look to rent again but without Verbo's almost fifty bucks scam level fee.

The one challenge here is finding the place, but once we did, we were glad we came. The place is located in a newer building with three floors, but it had an elevator! You can walk to a number of places to eat and drink (which we did). It is an easy drive to the Epic big four (Keystone, Breck, Vail, and Beaver Creek). However, you are also close to Copper Mountain and A-basin. The kitchen was well equipped (bring larger filters) and stocked with a couple of essentials. The condo was super clean and well maintained. I loved it and would look for it again on another trip West.

Comfortable condo

Nice kitchen and great room with fireplace. Safe neighborhood, and having a garage was a plus since it snowed both days. I was there for business so didn't explore the skiing. Couldn't figure out the heating, and it would be good to have decaf coffee as well as regular (but that's how VRBOs usually go).

The frustrating check in process was over shadowed by the impeccably clean space! But, let’s start with the check in. Traveling, in and of itself, can be daunting at times, especially when coming to a new place/state. I was immediately turned off by having to sign a contract. I choose VRBOs because I like giving my lodging money to actual people rather than corporations and this contract made me feel like big business was my host. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I’m hoping this is a requirement or bylaw from the building, town or county and not actually the owner’s doing. I arrived at dark and the directions, for me at least, were confusing. I drove around in circles for about 10-15 minutes before I finally figured out where I was going. I was overwhelmed by the amount of emails, texts and information I had to read through and decode before even entering the building. Every door had a different code which were explained in different places within several messages. A suggestion would be something very simple on one page: front door building code X, apartment door code X, garage code X, garbage door code X. Also, the code to the building front door never worked so I had to use the garage each time. No biggie there really. Now to the good, The space itself was SPOTLESS! Like, you could eat off the floor kind of clean. The space was beautiful and I loved the split floor plan. The beds were some of the best I’ve ever slept on! The location was perfect for my daily visits to my daughters place in Dillon and for our exploring adventures to Keystone, Idaho Springs, and Denver. Thank you for the wonderful memories and providing a clean and cozy spot to stay. I would absolutely stay again if the check in process was amended to be more streamlined. And to those reading this, make sure you are very clear about what building you’re going to (they all look alike and the numbers are not visible, especially on a cold snowy night in February).

It was an easy check in process.When I arrived, it was night time, so I didn’t realize until I woke up the next morning that the view was amazing.. Beautiful mountain views from every angle.The place was clean and had everything I needed including washer dryer and wash pods. The freezer drawer was off track so it wouldn’t close all the way and one of the living room blinds was off track but not an issue. Host answer questions promptly . I give this place a five ⭐️ I will definitely book again in the near future.

There are many restaurants and extensive shopping nearby and great hiking trails within a short drive. We visited Breckenridge and Frisco during our stay and hiked some trails with beautiful views.

I reported that the guide you send had 2 different access codes for the garage and property. I was give one that quote "should" work. It didn't. When we went to check in to the property the code given for the door was not the right one. Had to call to get it. While trying to get into the property, an owner of one of the condos came to us and said, if you review this management company, you should include the this property owner stated that at least 4 or 5 other people had the same problem. One agent blamed it on the WIFI, which, as a computer professional, I doubt highly.
