Everything was great except for the bed. The memory foam mattress was comfortable, however the box springs underneath made the bed move around every time we moved. A solid type box might be a better option. We would definitely like to return and let others know about this little gem!

This property was very clean, included upgraded furnishings, and had everything we needed. The owners had anticipated anything a guest might require. The property is pleasantly located on a body of water, was near necessary shopping and about 2 miles from historic Port Royal. We had a beautiful time having coffee on the deck, watching the tides ebb and flow, and enjoying this beautiful area. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. There is nothing lacking in this property that we can think of. (The condo is on the second floor so guests must be able to climb stairs.)

The property is great. We loved the deck and watching the sunrise in the morning.

We stayed 12 nights and really enjoyed our time. The location of the condo is perfect, near a highway but not right on it. It overlooks Port Royal Sound so we were able to enjoy the sunrises each morning. We also enjoyed watching the tide coming and going and other sights associated with being located near water. We visited many historic and visitor site locations in Beaufort including Paris Island and the Penn Center. We enjoyed sampling a variety of local restaurants. We also spent a day in Savannah, another on Hilton Head Island and a third in Bluffton. One must see place to visit is the Cypress Wetlands located just minutes from the condo. It has a large pond and is a rookery for many different types of wading birds like egrets, storks, ibises, and various herons. The pond contains many alligators including one around 10 feet long. During our second visit we watched as a gator of about 8 feet grabbed a very large snapping turtle with a lot of splashing and tussling. Over a period of about 30 minutes, it gradually turned the turtle around so that it was in it's mouth headfirst at which point it swam off with smaller gators trailing behind hoping for a free meal. Sandra was a helpful host. All in all it was a great place to stay.

This place is a gem! Clean and cozy with absolutely everything you need - including charging cables. The location is perfect for exploring the area with a pretty view of Battery Creek and, the owner provided many great restaurant suggestions. Also, Parris Island is a stones throw. I hope to return for another stay.

We enjoyed a short stay here in Feb. Everything was exactly as shown on web site. Communications from the owners were very helpful, informative and spot on. Everything in the condo worked and there was everything needed and even some things left from previous guests, like a few keurig pods to get us started without having to miss the first morning coffee. There are numerous grocery stores in the area, including a Food Lion across the street, but also Walmart, Publix, etc in the vicinity. The location is easy access to go up to Port Royal for dinners and on into Beufort or down to Hunting Park for the beaches.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well appointed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner is very responsive.

Would highly recommend this property if you are attending any activities on the Marine Corp base. It is literally 2 minutes away & very convenient particularly for early morning Family Day or Graduation ceremonies. Condo was clean & comfortable, as well, as well suited with amenities. Only wish we had more time & better weather to enjoy the water view.

We stayed for one week at this location. It was very comfortable, clean, and a great location. This was our second time staying in at a condo with the same owners. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to prepare food for our Thanksgiving dinner.

A bright and airy unit with lovely water views. A quiet and peaceful location that is close to area attractions.

We really enjoyed the view of the river from the living room. Seeing the sun rise there, watching the birds and seeing the beautiful tree with its Spanish moss change its appearance with the light. Very restful and peaceful. Would certainly come again.

We stayed two nites in this condo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would never stay longer. The condo was clean but the furniture (loveseat, chair and king bed) were tired and needs replaced. Outside patio was comfortable but needed cleaned off before we were able to use it. Pros -great location -On the water with great views surrounding salt water marsh -clean -coffee and basic spice provisions -dedicated parking space Cons -Tired furniture inside and out -closet space difficult to access(door did not work) -screen door and patio door almost impossible to shut -no dishwasher and yet no drying rack provided -very close to highway bridge so it’s noisy -noise from marine base

This condo was amazing and I wish we stayed for longer! The location was amazing: beautiful water views, close drive to all area attractions, but somehow quiet and secluded! We never heard any noise while we were there! Everything was clean and well maintained and I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near Beaufort/Parris Island.

Everything about this condo was perfect! The sunrise views each morning are breathtaking. We felt so comfortable and welcome during our stay. The communication from the owner was easy and seamless. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Very comfortable and relaxing condo. Nice view of the creek, tastefully decorated and well supplied. Clean and well maintained with a comfortable king bed and quiet community close to restaurants, downtown, and roads to take you exploring the area. Loved the mini bus and boat tours nearby. Wonderful weekend getaway.

Extremely clean and comfortable condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. Great location; close to everything, but feels like it’s off the beaten path.

Was very pleased with the Waterfront Battery Creek VRBO. It was easily accessible and located close to every thing we wanted to do in Port Royal and Beaufort area. Sandra got back to us in a timely manner with any questions we had. Hopefully will be able to stay again in the future

Communication was excellent. Write down to the video regarding parking. Attention to detail was lovely! Everything was very clean and fresh looking. I love the view in the morning and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset in the evening. Wish we could have stayed longer but I know we will be back!

This was a perfect place to stay for our sons graduation at Parris Island. The owners went above and beyond with all the extra details and things to make our stay awesome.

This condo was great for a few day get away. Location was great to restaurants, attractions, and shops. We’ll be back!
