This place was PERFECT for a much-needed family trip. We lucked out and the weather was just right to sit on the back porch and visit. Lots of laughs around the kitchen table, too! The house is very well stocked and Kevin was a dream to communicate with - always a very quick response! The rooms were very large and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely try to book this place again next time we are in Ft Worth. Can't go wrong!

This house is amazing!! It is beautiful on the inside. Perfect for 3 couples to stay the rooms have their own bathroom (3 of them) and the 4th room is big also just doesn’t have a bathroom but I would not let that turn you away from staying here. Very convenient for Uber to pick you up and head to the Stockyards! We did Uber everyday and it was a quick drive in and out of CowTown! 10/10 recommend this stay!

Our group of 3 couples loved the house. Everything went smoothly from booking to checking in to checking out. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood looks a little rough- however we had no problems at all. We did not have car so we took Ubers to and from the convention center and activities. The rides were short and cheap. We would book this place again.

The house is history for sure! It is quaint and comfortable. The decor is simple and pleasing. Every bed comfortable and every room very roomy. We will visit again for sure!

We loved our stay in the little blue house! Three couples fit perfectly with a comfortable bed and bath each.

Stay in hse was very nice-- clean, spacious; we hosted a pizza lunch for abt 20 team mbrs & hse was more than adequate. A couple notes we left for "host": spider & other visitors were found (quite understandable), last nite sounds like "gun shots were heard abt 3am, police call & never came (this was most disturbing). We found accomodatns very nice, tho uber drivers cautioned us abt area. Mixed feelings after safety concerns raised. We did LOVE the hse.

The house was very cute and had everything we needed for the weekend. Also, it was a great location for getting back and forth to the Stockyards. Would definitely stay there again!

The house was amazing! Spacious! We were able to put families at different ends of the house and it just worked out great! Location was excellent and owner was so kind and courteous! My family really enjoyed our stay!

This property was absolutely outstanding!! Perfectly located for wedding events the weekend of our stay. Literally blocks from the venues. My family was totally impressed & I would highly recommend this property. The house is well furnished & all the rooms were very comfortable. A bench or chair in the bedrooms would have been nice especially for senior guests. Just a suggestion. 😉 Overall, a spectacular house & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Thank you to the owner for the gracious hospitality!!

The house was great for our large family. Bedrooms spread out with central kitchen and family room. Up to date amenities. Close to downtown and to TCU. Neighborhood a mixture of cute houses and those needing TLC. We enjoyed our stay.

This historical property exceeded our expectations. It has been completely updated and offers a well stocked kitchen with upgraded cookware and complimentary items. Bedrooms and bathrooms also were generously supplied with quality towels and bedding. The location provided easy access to museums, restaurants and shopping. Kevin is a very polite and responsive host who answered our questions in a timely manner. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ft. Worth.

This property was perfect for all of our needs during our weekend stay. We had a total of 10 guests and the owners were more than happy to provide a couple extra air mattresses. We were pleasantly surprised to see a towel and washcloth set out for each guest as well. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with some basic essentials and cookware.
The location itself is great. Nice neighborhood, lots of parking in the back or the street, and close by to where we needed to be.
Check-in was mostly smooth, the code provided didn't work but the owner got back to us within minutes with a new one and we were good to go! Check out was standard, making sure everything was clean and trash taken out.
I would highly recommended this property, especially to larger groups!

The house had plenty of space to accommodate the 10 adults in our family in for a wedding werk of festivities. The interior is warm and welcoming and definitely has had remodeling done to a classic style home. The home proved to be very close and centrally located to much of the wedding festivities which made it very easy for us to come and go throughout the week. The only slight drawback would be that there are a number of houses in the neighborhood that have been renovated and refurbished but there are also a number nearby that are badly in need of remodeling. I would’ve liked to have known upfront that it was a neighborhood undergoing a facelift. But again, the home was clean comfortable and accommodating and the host was very prompt in answering any questions I had prior to arriving in town. This stay proved to be a great first time VRBO experience!

Several friends went for a weekend in Ft. Worth. The location was great for getting around Ft Worth, great parking and security. Very clean and freshly updated. Great setup with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus the living areas. The high ceilings even made great acoustics for some guitar and fiddle playing! Great back porch as well. We all loved it!

Secure updated housing in old neglected neighborhood. Close access to I35W. Minutes from cultural center. Modern conveniences. Great beds and bath. Old living room furniture uncomfortable. Big flat screen TV worked great with our portable DVD player. This house served our needs for a family get-to-gether, visits to TCU and other area attractions.

Our family was in Texas for our daughter’s wedding. We found the house to be spacious, clean, and well appointed. The yard was well manicured and we enjoyed using the side porch. The fencing, gate, locks and security system made us feel safe and secure. Kevin, the owner, was responsive and terrific to work with. A great home away from home.

Stayed here for TCU graduation. Property as billed. Clean and obviously recently updated. Others had questioned the Neighborhood. It is undergoing revitalization and we felt quite safe. Not a concern at all. 7 min drive to TCU. 3 min to Magnolia drive Restaurants. Definitely would stay again

Amazing historic home
I can't say enough good things elegant classy and comfortable spacious clean we came in with 4 of our closest frends for our anniversary I wish the trip did not have to end if you complain about this home stay in you own house it's historic and has the slightest little blemishes that add so much charter the decor is so nice I really felt at home in one of the most beatifull homes we have ever got to stay in our host and accommodations were perfect I can't say thank you enough 10 stars no complaints about this historic home we are already planning our next trip back and will not stay an another home in Fort Worth is so close to every thing you could want to do than you Kevin for sharing this with us and letting us make memories with frends we rarely get to spend time with.

We stayed with 8 adults and there was plenty of space! The house is super cute and the beds are comfy! The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy but it was very close to anything we wanted to do and I felt safe in the house with the cameras and gate. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Family Wedding
Loved the house, loved Kevin and how accommodating, friendly, flexible and location of house to everything we needed to attend and wanted to see! Perfect for any family gathering as it has so much room to either have quiet time or socialize. Lots of board games and books for family fun and even a big yard and deck to enjoy the outdoors! Would highly recommend renting this house! I couldn’t give this house a 5 * because was not handicap friendly or even accommodating for older people in showers (no walk in showers or grab bars to step in) and coming into house I even had a tough time with the 1 step being a short person let alone my 86 year old mother! The other thing is 3 of the 4 beds did not have pillow cases or top sheets only had comforter and pillow shams. Those things I feel are very important in order to give a 5 *
