Very comfortable accommodation and within walking distance to the heart of downtown. Balcony offers great views. An umbrella would enable greater use especially in the mornings with sun. The multiple codes for access to garage, the building and then room can be tedious. Streamlining this would be positive. Overall would recommend and we shall return.

2 miles from everything we needed. Walking distance to breweries, patio was a great view and the property had secured garage parking. Great place to book!

The condo was amazing - new, clean and nicely decorated. I loved that each room had two king beds with bathrooms and a pullout couch in the family room. Very spacious for our family of four. The outdoor space was a huge plus. I also loved that the condo supplied coffee/creamer, toilet paper, paper towels, & starter toiletries. It’s nice to not have to worry about the essentials after a long day of travel. We had a car, but could easily walk to downtown restaurants - great location. The property manager was incredibly responsive. I had two questions - one before we arrived and one during our stay. My emails were answered within minutes. Truly incredible service. I would definitely book this condo again.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was clean and exactly as listed. Great having morning coffee and watching sunrise from the deck. Location is perfect - we walked to show at Rabbit Rabbit and just down the street from Orange Peel. Parking was a plus but we honestly didn't even need a car.

The location at 145 Biltmore is perfect to walk to wonderful restaurants, the Art Museum, Galleries and Pack Square. The secure ( there is a garage that requires a code to open) parking is a plus. Don’t have to worry about finding street and metered parking. The property was spotless and we never had an issue to contact the property management. The view of the mountains and sitting outside on the patio was wonderful. There was a concert close by at the Orange Peel one night, but we never heard it. Perfect place.

This is a beautiful condo…so clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. There is a large patio/balcony with gas grill, fire pit, and a gorgeous view! Location is perfect. It’s a safe, easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Garage is well lit and secure. Quick and easy drive to the Biltmore Estate. Property management company is great…very fast response to questions/concerns. Will definitely stay here again!

We recently met friends in Asheville. This is a great condo with two main en-suites. Both have king beds. It is a great location downtown and very close to everything. Brandon Towns and his team were always very responsive and helpful. I rate them and the condo 5 stars. I will use Brandon and try to stay in this condo the next time we are in Asheville.

Location is perfect to downtown Asheville. King beds, tvs in each bedroom and bathrooms for each couple is a must when we travel as coupled. New and nicely decorated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!

The property is in a prime downtown location close to great restaurants, bars and entertainment. The unit itself was clean, with well thought out furniture placement. The views were spectacular. We had views of downtown, historical buildings and the mountains all from this location. Despite the property being downtime there was no street noise that could be heard from within. The property management provided ample starter supplies. All of our accesses worked as instructed. The only small drawback to this property is that it only has 1 assigned parkspot with a size limitation even though it states accomodation for 6, a family size vehicle would not fit. There was alternative parking recommended but it was a hike away and was very costly. The overall experience was incredible and the property was awesome for a a family holiday getaway. The only recommendation that we would offer would be to provide a resource book that contained property information, restaurant guides and available nearby attractions and entertainment. This is definitely a 5 star experience.

Great property in a terrific location - made walking to everything so easy. Property managers were outstanding and always responded within minutes(!) if we had a question or needed anything. Will stay again on my next trip to this great community.

We strayed a couple of nights. There is. Construction next door but it didn’t bother us. I would recommend when giving instructions to garage to highlight that you enter on Biltmore Avenue side. The people that stayed before us obviously forgot to leave the parking permit and we had to call management company. They were very prompt in getting back to us and solving the problem.

The condo was exactly like it appears on VRBO. The place is beautiful - the beds are comfortable! Perfect for 2 couples traveling together. Loved the fire pit on the balcony in the evenings. Perfect walking location to all the stores and restaurants. Best breakfast place right up the street - City Bakery Cafe - delicious cinnamon rolls! 10 minute drive to Biltmore - only because the grounds are huge - it takes a few minutes to get to the mansion. Highly recommend this condo!

In town for a wedding and we decided to stay for a long weekend and so very glad we found this condo. Convenient 5 minute walk to downtown for shopping and dining. It is new, so very clean and the large outdoor area made for an excellent stay. We will make our next visit to Asheville based on availability here.

Loved this place!

Our family of six adults spent a four-day weekend here and we would do it again! We loved the property and it is conveniently walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants and brew pubs! The outdoor space was so relaxing in the evenings. We even got a free fireworks show on Friday from the nearby baseball stadium! We highly recommend this property!

The condo was perfect for a girls’ trip! Walkability to everything in town, comfortable beds, plenty of gathering space and kitchen needs. Great stay and will definitely recommend!
