Overall a fabulous property that is exactly as described. Worked exceptionally for the large group we had together. Both indoor and outdoor space was very functional and access to beach just a 10 minute stroll (though uphill coming back). Would highly recommend and would return if we come back to Albufeira. Note for consideration: 1. there are no pool towels provided, so plan to bring, 2. there are no basics in the house, so plan accordingly - I’m talking soap for some of the bathrooms, dish washing liquid, kitchen and paper towels, basic spices, sugar, etc. and finally 3. the property backs up to a busy road, and it’s noticeable, but that didn’t disturb our enjoyment of the property.

We had the best stay at this villa for my sister’s hen weekend! The villa is absolutely massive and was perfect for a large group, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great, and the location couldn’t have been better.Communication from Gordon and Jim was excellent from start to finish. We did have a minor issue with check-in on arrival, but it was dealt with quickly and professionally, and they couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving it.We also used the DJ, catering, and airport transfers recommended by the hosts, and every one of them was fantastic. Everything ran so smoothly and really helped make the weekend stress-free.Overall, we had an amazing time and made so many great memories. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and would definitely come back in the future!

Unbelievable place. Best villa we’ve stayed in by a country mile. Perfect for a large group of lads, 5/10 mins from either strip and food/shops nearby. So much space in the villa and would definitely recommend. Host was fantastic in communication which helped us get there easily,

We were a family of 25 ranging from 2yrs old to 70.The house itself was not as well maintained as the pics. Both pools were dirty with the tiles inside looking like they had not been washed in sometime.Every person got cuts on their feet in 1 of the pools due to broken glass or a tile. The pool lights did not work in 1 of the pools. Only 1 outside deck light worked where we sat at night. There were no garbage bins so all bags were left outside for the cats to rummage thru at night. The garbage was picked up several days but as a large family we were concerned about having no where to place the garbage. We arrived on Friday and garbage was picked up Monday. There was no dish soap, dish cloths/ sponges or even a garbage bag so we could clean. We had to purchase all cleaning supplies down to these basics including hand soap. There were no house instructions that explained the light switches/ garbage routine and no communication regarding pool maintenance people arrivals and or people who came to use the garage. The wardrobes upstairs were broken and doors stuck in several rooms and would not open completely. The sewer smell in 3 of the bedrooms was pretty bad. One room in basement was so bad we could not sleep in it. Some of the bathrooms up stairs the drains were clogged and water was not draining which involved us using many towels to prevent flooding the bathroomsNone of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor had deck furniture as shown in the pictures.
