We had a lovely time at this house. Everything was exactas advertised and we faced no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended!

This was a really nice house. Was just a little concerned about the smoke smell in the house.

House was very clean upon arrival. Pool is heated and was clean (pool company came during our stay to clean as well). The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. The double bunk beds were helpful for us as we had 3 kids and one infant (pack n play was available too!). Communication is primarily through text with reminders for trash and recycling. Location is 2minutes from a grocery store and approximately 20-30min from larger attractions such as beach and aquarium. One suggestion is to have a binder or a welcome book on how to work TV, how to lock the door, and other information so texts don’t have to sent out every day to every other day.

I want to say that our family really enjoyed this house and communication with a host. It is a pretty small house , but very comfortable and clean . I believe it is perfect for one family. Location is also very convinient, because we could go to the beach and Tampa attractions like Tampa Zoo or Croc Encounters and it took like 20-30 min either way. We recommend this house and host. Thank you very much.

Enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and welcoming. We appreciated having a Kuerig and plenty of coffee pods to make coffee in the morning. Kids swam in the pool and it was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Grocery store was very close by. Location was good for our activities. We washed swimsuits in washer and dryer. We were pleasently surprised to find so many beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella available as well. We would definitely stay again.

The house is in a residential neighborhood, about 20-30 minute drive from most touristy areas (beaches, downtown). The house and property are somewhat smaller than they look in the pictures, but they fit a 5-person family comfortably. The heated pool is great for kids.
The owners are nice and helpful. We had some issues with the AC and they immediately found someone to come out and fix it the next day (which was on a Saturday).

Mark's rental property has been newly remodeled and is tastefully furnished. If there is anything that the rental is lacking, all you have to do is ask and Mark will take care of it.

Mark was not expecting our last-minute request to stay at his place after our first rental did not work out. He and the team had the place ready within 1 hour! The family was very pleased with the house and I heard several times, "boy, this place has everything!" Flat screen TVs in every room and the pool were a hit. Corner house in a quiet neighborhood...very safe as well. 5 Stars to Mark and team!!

The house is very clean with in a very quiet location in close distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Mark and Aline kept in communication via email each day. There were no negative surprises. Kitchen fully equiped with the basic ammenities and more.We will stay again. Great vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! Located a quick 20 minutes from Saint Petersburg was great but the great backyard with the grill & pool made it easy to stay in and relax. Clean, very comfortable beds, and a huge entertainment center. Would highly recommend!

This home was wonderful! It is beautiful on the inside and outside. It was so organized and clean and was in a great location. Mark was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had. The home decor was so nice and there was a perfect sized table for us to have family dinners and game night on our stay. The backyard was fenced in so our dogs were able to roam free And play without being leashed. I definitely recommend staying here when you are in the Pinellas area. My family had an amazing time here!!

This is a great house. The pool is perfect - we had a blast using it daily. The backyard needs some maintenance but the patio furniture makes for an awesome space to hang out and/or eat/drink. The beds are comfortable, there’s adequate cooking and dining supplies, the linens are clean and comfortable. A huge plus is the washer and dryer. The TVs are great. It was nice to have beach towels provided so we didn’t have to bring our own. Each room has a remote controlled fan. The AC works well and keeps the house comfortable. The hosts are great and extremely responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

This home seemed to be a quick, inexpensive flip, fairly clean but a strong insecticide, or room spray smell upon arrival. The rooms were small, but adequate. Nice backyard, though some of the neighbors were loud with barking dogs. It was in a working class residential neighborhood, so do not expect a resort type of environment. We had no problems with our stay. Host was very responsive with the few minor things that needed tending to.

Mark made check-in really easy and he always immediately responded whenever we sent a message to him. We had zero incidents or complaints. There were nice touches that he added also as additional amenities that were not expected. I would definitely be a repeat customer to this location in the future.

Mark was an amazing host and the airbnb was better than we could have hoped for! The space was very modern, clean, and pleasantly surprised us with extra amenities like a Keurig (plus pods!) and bathroom essentials. The backyard was spacious with patio furniture and even a grill for those who may want to barbecue. Mark was always quick to respond to any questions we had and happily provide assistance throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed!

This place was very stylish and clean!! only 15-20minutes from the beach and lots of space in the house for activities! we utilized the grill space and backyard and it was very nice! beds were amazing and firm, we kept wishing we could bring it back with us!! will definitely stay again if we find ourselves down in Pinellas Park again!

Wonderful space. Mark provided everything from snacks to beach toys and beach towels. Everything was clean and the area was very quiet. This was our first Airbnb experience and it blew us away! Mark answered all of our questions very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Mark was an amazing host throughout the month rental! The house was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our family including our two dogs. The fenced in yard, pool and patio let us enjoy an otherwise restricted vacation due to Covid-19. The WiFi supported three of us working remote without a glitch. Mark addressed the few issues we had, quickly and safely. We'll rent from Mark again, no hesitation.
