We came for the winter stroll. The house is a great location, easy walk into town. Clean, and the beds were very comfy. Plenty of common spaces to hang out, host was easy to access and helpful.

We had a great time staying at Amelia’s place. It was clean, comfortable and well-decorated. We loved being able to walk into town every morning. Having the parking spot was a plus for us too.

Amelia's house is the perfect property for a Nantucket stay. Close to downtown, plenty of space, and a gorgeous patio area, the house has everything you could ask for.

The property was super clean and comfortable! The stairs could be a challenge (due to the age of the house). The bathrooms were great for 3 of us but would have been uncomfortable for a larger group. There are basically no bathrooms downstairs as the toilet room on the first floor is smaller than an airplane restroom. I would stay at this house again with the number of people we had on our trip. The property manager was great! I had planned on using the washer and dryer but it was not in working order while we were there.

Loved this sweet, pretty and classic cottage on a beautiful street. It is an easy walk to town (we had 3 kids) but the street itself is quiet. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. We didn’t cook during our stay but the kitchen had everything you could need as well.

Beautiful house and perfectly equipped, although the classic old stairs might intimidate some. An actual parking space and nice yard. Close to heart of town but quiet street.

16 Pleasant was a beautiful home and a great location to walk to town, many restaurants and several different beaches easily. It was very easy to reach Amelia with questions and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage when arriving on island before check in. Perfect family house for our vacation.

Loved our stay!!
We had a wonderful time and Nantucket. Our Accommodations were just as described. Quick lovely walk to town. Our hosts were quick to respond and quick to solve any issues we had. We look forward to staying again sometime in the future …thank you for a wonderful stay

The location of Amelia’s home was perfect for our trip during Christmas Stroll. Everyone loved the stay and was very comfortable. Amelia was so helpful answering questions that arose quickly. Thanks for an incredibly memorable trip!

Great spot close to downtown Nantucket
This was an adorable place to stay while we visited Nantucket. It was a quick walk to so much downtown and made is easy to get around. I would stay here again!

Fantastic stay!
We had a wonderful week in this sweet house. Everything was just as described and the house was in a great location. Adorable patio, lovely kitchen, comfortable bed, we had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is old and charming kept up nicely. Plenty of sleeping space and 2.5 bathrooms is a nice perk in a small cape. I appreciated how well stocked the house was. We had a minor issue with the heating and Amelia and the caretaker, Frank were so responsive and helpful! Frank came over at 8pm on a Sunday and made sure the issue was fixed ASAP. He even brought an extra down comforter for my daughter.
Location is perfect - a short walk into town. Cannot be beat!!

What a perfect location! This house was just beautiful. It worked very well for our family!
Amelia was very gracious and responsive even though she JUST had a baby! It was a pleasure to work with her and stay in this beautiful home with so much Nantucket charm. I highly recommend to other renters!

Weekend in Nantucket
I stayed with my 2 kids (15 and 12 y.o) and 2 girlfriends and their kids ( age range 6-12 y.o). House was perfect and great size for all of us, very comfortable and clean. Kids (tweens) slept on pullout sofa in living room and loved having their own TV. Location was amazing- less than 10 minute walk from ferry and close to all shops and restaurants in town. Perfect location!! Amelia was very accommodating and responsive to any questions. House was true to picture and had historic charm with modern ammenities. Would definitely come back.
