Nice place to just get away for the weekend.

The rental is decorated very nice and creates atmosphere to relax. There are many comforts provided that aren’t usually provided at rentals. As noted in a previous review, we had the same issue with the master bed. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

We loved the condo. It was plenty of space for us to stay comfortably and the kids loved the beach access and the pool. The bed in the master bedroom had a large dip in the middle of the one side that made it hard to sleep comfortably but we made it work.

Had a great time. Place was super clean and in a great area. Private beach was a very short walk and provided a much needed escape from the daily grind in the big city. I would highly recommend this place.

Our week there, Exceeded my expectations. Everything was so Serene and Relaxing. The walkout Beach was perfect. The Master bedroom was Very Comfortable and the Shower was a Vacation, in itself. It was the complete opposite of a normal stressful work week. Would Love to stay there again! I can still hear the waves coming in...Truly Fantastic!

I stay at LEV often throughout the year. This was the first time I have spent a full week there. I took friends with me and since we live close, some of our friends came up to visit. They all loved it and I think they will all be booking time up there.

We loved everything about our stay, the condo was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed being on the ground floor with the kids and also loved the pool. We will definitely be back and for a longer stay!!

We had a total of 6 people and it was perfect for our girls getaway! We loved having access to the private beach and being close enough to take advantage of the taxi service to the main strip. The living room and dining room area was bigger IRL than it looked in the photos so there was plenty of space for us. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Extremely clean condo unit, with breathtaking views of the Lake. The walk out was an added bonus as we have stayed in upper units in the past. The kids and my wife and I could walk down to the lake and to the pool which is two doors down without using the elevator. Would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be back!

Well stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. Great location right next to pool and stepping out to beach. Beach is quite rocky but they were flat which made fun for skipping them!

Me, my husband, and our four kids (12, 10, 19months, and 5months) stayed at this property for five days and it was amazing! Had everything we needed and more and perfect for all of our kids ages! We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

We rented this condo for a girls high school reunion 41 years… It did not disappoint!! Condo was beautiful, spotless, and beachfront. If we didn’t know better we felt like we were on the ocean. Highly recommend!!

Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful condo with patio and easy access to beach. Two doors away from indoor pool. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Will definitely be returning next year.

We were so impressed with everything! The cleanliness even with the table on the patio! Handicap Accessible too! We loved the building amenities too. The pool, outdoor spaces, easy parking. We only stayed 2 nights but next time it will be more! Owner was very responsive as well through the entire process!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, updated, everything we needed for our 2 night stay was provided (hand soap, kitchen items such as foil, spices, etc were all there). Communication when we had a question was fairly quick. It's a ground level condo, so we could walk right out to the lake. Cell services is weak, but the free wifi definitely helped. Our weather was not ideal, so we did not get to enjoy the outside amenities such as the grill, sitting on the pier, sitting around the camp fire, but would love to come back when the weather warms. Also within walking distance is a golf cart rental, pizza shop/bar, gas station just across the street. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect place for our girls trip! Everything was just as nice as it looked in the pictures. We absolutely loved the view of the lake and the easy accessibility to the beach. Gorgeous sunsets and a great place to hunt for “sea glass”. We all found some! The condo was perfect for our group, would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this condo twice during the winter season and all expectations were met each time. The condo is spotless and well organized (no clutter). The owners left all we needed-towels, linens, laundry detergent, etc. The host was responsive to messages and very prompt. We wanted to check in a day early and he was accommodating! We will definitely stay in this condo again! Building and location are great too!

The view is to die for! This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful finishes in the kitchen and baths! The kitchen is well stocked with everything anyone could need, and I absolutely loved that they left an entire pantry empty in the kitchen, so we had a place to store the things we brought instead of everything being out on the counter the whole visit. On our last day my 8 year old grandson asked if we were coming back here again, because he really liked it!! Thanks Nick and Loretta for sharing your lovely home with us!

We enjoyed our stay again! The weather wasn’t as beautiful as we’d hoped this year, but we still got to enjoy the condo and area. My only suggestions for improvement for this unit would be alarm clocks in the bedrooms, a dresser for the master bedroom and more extension cords in the bedrooms for all the electronic chargers folks travel with these days! We can’t wait to stay again!
