The unit was slightly smaller than I thought it would be based on pictures online. The cleanliness of the unit could have been better. The hallways always had an unpleasant smell. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Everything went perfect. We had a very nice time. The apartment is very comfortable. I would suggest to add a couple of kitchen utensils and some blankets for the bedrooms. Thank you,

This property is located centrally to the airport and attractions. The property has a lot of scuffs on the floors and there was a lot of rules. Overall, decent place to stay.

Everything was great, except that we didn’t get the communication (until we were almost there) that amenities like towels, soap,trash bags, toilet paper, etc were provided in limited quantity and couldn’t be replenished. If we had had advanced notice of this we could have easily prepared, but instead we had to go out to buy supplies after we arrived.

Our family of 7 was able to stay here comfortably. The check-in and check-out was smooth, easy, and stress free. The kitchen was great and got a lot of use from us! 10/10, would absolutely stay again. The only warning I’d give to people is that you should probably bring some extra blankets if you need them.

We liked the property.

Property manager was responsive when we didn't get the correct email that contained access codes. Not the property fault but if you can, turn off 5G cell service (Verizon) - it sucks in that area. We couldn't access emails unless using the wi-fi. Using 4G worked fine. The main pool and clubhouse is a good 9 min walk away in another part of the resort (across a 4 lane), but looks like they are adding another similar pool area much closer to the unit. One bed needed to have sheets washed (unit has washer/dryer) due to having hair in the bed. Maybe leave some laundry detergent in the unit in case this is needed. There were some other minor issues, but not worth raising here as we don't expect things to be perfect. Overall - We plan on staying here again.

Only thing I didn’t like was the couch was very uncomfortable

Property was great. Convenient location. Very safe. Everything was clean and in good working order. Would have liked to have a few extras. Upon arrival such as tissues, and extra paper towel/toilet paper/garbage bags. I certainly left extra behind and hope that they are passed on to the next renter. There was a beach bag in the mechanical room that was convenient to take our towels and supplies to the pool. Another suggestion would be to have a supply of beach towels for the pool so that you did not have to use your bath towels. We had seven adults and stretched our towel utilization to the limit, doing laundry, basically for towels one to two times per day. The showerhead in the master bathroom needs replaced to a more adjustable unit due to the geometry of the shower, very difficult for someone under 6 feet tall to use. We would stay here again.

This is the best part of Vista Kay. right by new pool, walk to publix and the diner. so easy. Brand New!

Great place to stay for a short getaway to Disney and Universal. Nice to have the Publix and restaurants within walking distance to the property. Communication with the owners was smooth. The only areas of improvement to note would be the wifi signal is spotty when you have multiple people trying to access and the couch in the living area is not very comfortable.

Beautiful Condo close to OCCC and I drive perfect location.

I do not like to leave bad reviews, but if you are staying here I feel you deserve a warning. We drove from Atlanta to Orlando the day of check in and decided to go to Universal until it closed then go to the condo. Once we got there I checked the beds because that is the first thing I do when we stay away from home and there were hairs everywhere, all over the sheets,pillow cases, mattress pads (I have several pictures but there is no where to post them). There were also stains on the comforters and sheets, as well as the mattress pads. I stripped the beds and went to wash the sheets and when I opened the washer, there was a huge hairball hanging out of it down to the floor and hair smeared all on the inside around the door. I had to clean that out and send my husband to Publix to get cleaning supplies. I then went into the bathrooms, YUCK! You could tell the floors had not been swept nor mopped. There was a pubic hair on the toilet seat and all over the floors and a black ring on the floor around the toilets. So needless to say, I sent Ana an email about the issues I found in the condo. She responded quickly and said she was in the area tending to an issue in another unit and could stop by. Once she got there, my husband was returning at the same time from Publix with all the cleaning stuff and I walked her through and showed her all the hair, dirty floors and pubic hair on the toilet seat. It was at this point Ana said the hair came from US because check in was at 4:00 and it was close to 10:00 pm at this time! I explained to her that we had just got there because we had been at Universal till they closed then came to the condo and that the hair was absolutely NOT from us. Ana said she could send the cleaning crew back out and I told her "no thanks" because they didn't clean it the first time. I was up till 1:30am cleaning the condo, sweeping, mopping and washing all the sheets and towels. I definitely would NOT recommend staying in this condo, it is honestly just gross. There is also very LITTLE hot water. There was only 4 of us, the first person got about 10 minutes of hot water and everyone else got a cold shower. We were there over MLK weekend and the highs were in the low 50's and the lows were in the 30's so a hot shower would have been great. If you have this condo booked I would consider switching. The door to the steps is also right outside this condo and its very noisy and people let it slam all day and night.

While it wasn’t the trip we imagined, my sister and her husband weren’t able to make it due to cancelled flights and bad weather, we made the best of it. The property is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and tried to leave it exactly as we found it. The only downfalls are the immense amount of rules left to follow and the lack of basic necessities for traveling guests. If you book 6 people in your place, I’d imagine you’d leave more than one garbage bag, dishwasher pod etc. We brought our own, but still it’s a basic courtesy to leave your guests a few household products. All in all it was a pretty great stay.

Great experience and location

This condo was the perfect location for visiting both Universal Studios & Disney (about 20 minutes from each). It’s right next to a Publix grocery store and surrounded by good restaurants. The 3 bedroom worked well for a vacation with our 3 young adult children. The gated community is clean, safe and has nice amenities. The couch was very uncomfortable. It felt like we were sitting on particle board as it was hard with no cushioning (we were trying to watch a football game together). The provided supplies are very sparse — zero coffee filters (unwelcome surprise on Morning #1), 1 trash bag and 1 pod for the dishwasher — for 5 day rental. We had mold growing in both showers, but the remainder of the condo was clean. We tried to reach out to the owners/managers to request late check out on New Years Day and we got no response (still 48 hours later). We sent a message through VRBO, texted both owners, and also called their voicemail (1 of the 2 owners’ mailbox wasn’t even set up to accept messages).

Location was clean, convenient, safe, and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and three young adult children. It was clean, nicely decorated and exactly as listed. The property is very safe and the pools and hot tubs were amazing! Will definitely stay here again! Ana was very prompt when we had a question!

Property was beautiful and clean when we arrived. It it perfectly located within walking distance from a Publix and plaza that has food and a liquor store. Host was very thorough with instructions and information. Highly recommended!

Overall we liked the place. Just some loud people outside the rental property at 3:30 in the morning. Couch could be more comfortable. We would likely stay again. Thank you for everything!

Great location. Hosts were very responsive. Condo was nicely appointed and clean. A bit light on some essentials but otherwise an overall good experience.

This place is ten minutes from Disney in a gated community. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Property was clean and comfortable for our family of seven. Second time we have stayed here. Community pool is steps away and very enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment and communal area lovely. Apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, would highly recommend.

Great central location, the condo was very clean and modern!

Our family enjoyed our stay .... will be nice when more amenities are added to this section ... but proximity of the pool was good. Having the kitchen was key to limiting expenses during a week long stay ... proximity to Publix was awesome! And NYPD Pizza next door was top notch!
