Nicole was great to communicate with, made getting to the property very easy. Gated community made us feel very safe. Owner thought of a lot of the extra things that we were not able to bring such as cooler, pool noodles, beach bag. The kitchen was very well stocked. The place was amazing. :)

Master bedroom bed was not comfortable. And there were some issues with bugs in the condo.

The door code was my phone number so I didn’t have to remember another set of numbers or take my phone out to look up the code

The condo was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Spacious, nicely furnished, and decorated. Management is very responsive to any questions you might have. We only stayed for three nights so we didn’t use the bikes or kayaks. We also didn’t use the pool facilities, so I can’t comment on that. Oasis pool is located close to the elevator and parking spots.
We are familiar with the Florida Keys so when a description says “beach” we know not to expect a wide sandy beach. What was a little disappointing was that the little area in front of the set up beach area was full of trash. We know it’s a constant battle with trash coming in with the tide but it’s just not an inviting sight.

Well equipped as if it was our own home. Large dining room and large salon. Free to use: 2 kayaks, 2 sips, tennis court, snorkling/swimming lagoon, nice swimming pool with lots of chairs and beds. Only a few kilometers away from pennekamp state park (snorkling tours).
Only partial view on the harbor from the terrace, but plenty of nice beach chairs everywhere along the sea side.

It was seamless everything was simple amenities were just awesome saltwater pool sunsets on the pier It's just endless swimming with the dolphins snorkeling at John pennekin feeding tarpon at Robbie's something spectacular to do everyday and nicole was super responsive and after hours I got responses this was super easy can't wait to come back
The only thing I didn't like is how fast people drove out on the roads I almost got killed once It's too bad they couldn't slow that down a little bit going by the busy areas

Clean and updated condo. smelled great when we walked in. comfortable and spacious. everything was absolutely amazing.
The elevator is very slow. Not really a spot to launch the kayak unless you count the boat ramp it but it was very dirty in that area.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Really enjoyed the amenities especially the golf cart. Nicole was very good about responding to any questions we had.
The patio around the pool gets really hot felt like it was burning the bottom of your feet we didn't have children but that have really concerned us if we did.

The lagoon with beaches were amazing! The fun ability to ride golf carts around! The fishing was amazing:)
The outside furniture where we stayed was the only update needed there, everything else was amazing especially the family that owned and runs it:)

The apartment was clean with all the amenities that we needed to stay! Unfortunately, we ran out of time to experience them all due to a busy schedule for our daughter's wedding but we cant wait til the next chance we get to visit.
Not that I expected one, but it would had been an advantage to having a luggage cart or wagon to help with less trips down and up the tower. We will know that for next time to bring something though.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and included many extras... golf cart, paddle boards, tennis equipment, fishing equipment, life jackets, etc etc

I very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was homey, it had everything we needed, a ton of extra amenities for fun around the resort. Maggie was very nice and made sure we knew if we needed anything at all to please let her know. She had a wonderful binder set up with all local places to have fun and the best places to eat. I would definitely stay there again.
There was nothing I did not like about the property except it was a little more on the expensive side, however, there is a saying that you get what you pay for, and it was definitely worth the price. We truly enjoyed our vacation and the condo very much.
