My sister and I treated our mother to a trip to San Diego for her 80th birthday. I can't say enough about the accommodations. The townhome was immaculate, well provisioned with everything we might possibly need, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location to easily get to everything. The property manager was also very communicative and even checked in with me to ensure that everything was okay. I will definitely be returning!

Great house, nice location, and clean. One area of opportunity is it had ants in the kitchen and living room, we sprayed them for two days and they went away, no big deal and we never mentioned it to the owner. Also the garage is super tight. We were nervous about the hurricane so missed two days of lodging to get to higher ground for safety. All in all it was a nice place.

One of the best places we have stayed at. Communication with property manager was quick and great. Main beach a couple blocks away and easily walkable.....another beach (quieter and good for little ones) just a block away. House has everything we needed and would stay here again.

This is a new townhouse in a desirable location that is very near the beach and the bay, but it does not have any view. It is only a 2 bedroom property. There is a pull out couch/bed in the entryway. It is wonderful to have a garage because parking is very difficult in Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. But beware that the garage is a very narrow tandem garage that isn't easy to pull your car into, but it is still very desirable to have a garage if you have a car on your trip.

This is a small, narrow space - but exceptionally clean and furnishings/linens were in fantastic shape. Our last couple rentals in San Diego (through 710 Rentals) all looked wonderful online but were really tired, with stained, banged-up furnishings and rusty porch furniture - but this rental was a pleasant surprise. Perfect location for walking to dinner, morning coffee, etc. The street is absolutely adorable. After check in, we got an email to confirm that everything was in order. Loved the beach chairs and beach towels and we enjoyed sitting outside around the fire-pit in the evening. Like all places on Mission Beach, the garage is very narrow, so be sure to rent a small car.

Absolutely beautiful property! We enjoyed the steps to the bay , a block to the beach, and walking the boardwalk every day! Great food, short drive to the wineries, La Jolla, Coronado, and Downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego, and our VRBO was a big part of that. The unit was very clean and in a perfect location-about one block from the beach and steps away from the bay and a quiet bayside path, which was a great place for a toddler to burn energy. There were several nice touches at the rental unit including plenty of towels, beach toys, extra pillows, and nice, modern appliances. The check-in process was easy and we had no issues communicating with Surf Style before or during our stay. The immediate neighborhood in Mission Beach was pretty quiet and seemed to host a lot of families. I would highly recommend this rental property to other travelers and families!

Overall the home was a great location with great access and a good size for our family of 5 and would give the place itself a 5star rating.
We did however find the checkout cleaning procedures a little excessive (and not disclosed on the listing) and had an issue where we contacted the management company for a fix that was inhibiting our stay and were told they couldnt come out for over a day. We ended up driving to a store, purchasing replacements and fixing ourselves so we could sleep that night. For how many homes are owned by this management company - I feel a more timely response would have been appropriate.

The home was just like the pictures - very clean and modern. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Every morning we walked along both the bay and ocean. The condo was within easy driving distance to all of the sights of San Diego. We had a very relaxing two week stay there!

Perfect place to stay for family vacation. Short walk to Belmont Park and Mission Beach. We cooked several family dinners in the kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and appliances. Beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place and location.

As first time San Diego Explorers, we couldn't have picked a cleaner, well managed, centrally located venue for our Ladies-Family getaway weekend. We had four adult women (Grandmother, sisters and a cousin), and were excited to see that there was also a blow-up queen size bed so we could all have our own place to sleep (two bedrooms, pull out couch, and blow-up bed). This was great in the times of covid and keeping everyone safe that came from different parts of the US.
The place is so nice, the street is so quaint, and the walking distance to so many great places was awesome. Having a garage for the rental car was wonderful too--just another layer of worry for out-of-towners that we didn't have to worry about.
Great job to those who decorated, furnished, and managed this property--you are doing a great job!

The location is perfect. The house was great. Loved being so close to the beach but didn’t have the foot traffic that you get from the boardwalk if you are right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful condo! Nice patio with propane fire pit. It's a very tight squeeze getting your car in the garage. Walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of five - two couples and one toddler. This was the perfect location between the bay and the beach. The property was beautifully decorated and had a ton of additional amenities that we used including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs. Knowing everything is small in Mission Bay I figured it would be a tight squeeze in the home but it was actually bigger than I expected. The master bedroom had a large walk in closed with was great for our toddler to sleep in! We loved having morning coffee on the front porch and sitting out there with the fire pit at night. This is a more expensive listing in the area but 100% worth it as it is brand new and felt extremely safe. We would definitely stay here again.

FANTASTIC PLACE BUT NOT SO MUCH WITH MANAGEMENT/RESPONSE
We loved the townhome, perfect location, plenty of room, comfortable and clean. If not for one issue I would have given 5 stars. Getting management/maintenance to respond. I called on the first day we arrived because there was a problem with the air conditioning, wifi, and the rat droppings on the balcony. No one ever responded. I finally called on the 3rd day and got someone. They sent someone out, but they could not fix the air conditioning and left a note. As far as the wifi, please tell your guests the router is behind an electrical panel which has to be unscrewed from the wall. There is a note on the panel advising not to open due to electrical wires. You have to if you need to reboot the router. Also housekeeping needs to clean the balcony because there were piles of rat droppings all over. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks

This condo is in perfect shape and worked well for a family holiday. It is located close to the bay and nearby the Pacific, with great places to eat and shop and play nearby. There wasn't a thing about it we would change--except maybe staying longer next time!

This property was in the best location. Across the street from the beach, the pier was on the opposite side. Restaurants and stores were in walking distance. Barely drove the whole time here, rode the bikes around the area. The property was very clean and fresh. Check in and checkout was very smooth and effortless. The garage was a little tight, had to be careful when parking. Plenty to do in the area, we went deep sea fishing and had a ball. We will definitely rent this property out again in the future!
