The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was hospitable and friendly not forgetting how accomodating the service was; our room was spacious and clean and the food was good.

Un merci particulier à Joshua , toujours souriant et très disponible . Et à Malaua pour l’entretien de notre chambre avec ses petites attentions.

The willingness of the management to go all out to rectify any problems we were having (and we did have a problem with the house keeping)
The house keeping was not up to standard,the regular house keeper for our floor was out and his fill in or back up staff just did not do their jobs, it was terrible, he did come in the next day and did a excellent job and apologize

The staff were excellent throughout. The breakfast was superb with a selection of fresh fruit that was changed daily. There was also a selection of cold cuts, local dishes, eggs and bacon etc.
The location was quite far out from the town centre and there are no shops or restaurants near by. The pool was great however it didn't get much sun after lunchtime due to its orientation.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and roomy with the most comfy beds. The pool and surrounds was a welcome escape and a generally nice area to hang out and chill.
No mango at breakfast - in saying that the breakfast with it's selection of traditional Trini and regular items was very good. We found this across all hotels - mango trees dropping their fruit and rotting on the roads but no mango served at breakfast which as "typical western tourists" we would love.

Overall very helpful staff, great facilities, great food, facilities and comfortable beds. They provided us an upgrade which was great, beautiful views.
The housekeeping could improve. Also, we had a connecting/joining room to another guest, unfortunately there is no sound insulation between the doors. So we could hear the television late into the night and it did disturb our sleep a bit on some nights.
