Location was great. Right in town.

Only 2 cups for 3 guests! Floor was damaged in bathroom and various places in main room. Needs a tidy up.

The tempstay service is awful. No customer care what so ever. I requested 7 times via to call me and share my number but no one email acknowledged that and always emailed with standard message . The £25 mandatory insurance cost is a hidden fee that was not advertised in booking.com. when I challenged it there was no proper response or empathy and I was not verified until last min so I had to pay it. The property parking lot is on level 7 but mentioned as level 6 in email. I received the email on front door and key access only the day after I checked in so had to call customer service on the day of checkin and casually said there are some known issues with email service. Internet was terrible to work from home and customer service said they can't do much. There were bed bugs in both bedrooms which impacted night sleep. I requested 2 hours late checkout they asked for £25 fee for that , on top of £630 paid for 4 nights . Verification process at tempstay is complicated than flight checking even for IT professionals .

Easy access to town center

The ease of coming and going into the building as and when we wanted felt very relaxing

Couple of faults two chairs backs were broken a mug leaked when it had scolding water in it and the bathroom had a piece of wood missing in the floor

We stayed in this apartment during our short break because it was ideal base for our visit to legoland and London. Legoland was only 20 mins drive and Bracknell rail station a few minutes for London. There are plenty of restaurants and stores all within a few minutes walk near the apartment. The Host has been very welcoming and helpful also kept me up to date with information before and during our stay. The apartment is clean and exactly like the images shown. The beds were very comfy and We didnt have to ask the host for anything because the apartment contained all the essentials that we required. The building is very quiet and people coming in and out were friendly. We all enjoyed staying at this apartment and there was nothing that we could fault.

key box was a faff to get into, no aircon, car park is not on site (however it is close)
