Our family had a wonderful time at Loggerhead Landing beach house.The location is so convenient to everything and the house was ideal. The grandkids especially loved the video game table, and the adults relaxed with books, puzzles and movies. Daily walks on the beach and over the bridge we’re glorious.

We had a great time and the home was all we had hoped for! Excellent location for beach access and walks to local restaurants and shops. All eight of us would love to return and do it again. Joe and Jill were both very helpful and responsive if we reached out. We were grateful to check in early as the property was cleaned and ready for us.

This is not just a property it is a home. Beautiful area. Everything you need is available and more. The decor is lovely and family friendly. Our host went beyond and helps with any question you may have. We look forward to returning.

We had an amazing time at this property. You can’t beat the location and the living spaces are beautiful! We traveled with a baby and it was so convient being across the street from the beach. They also already had baby gates and a pack and play which made traveling so easy. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect house for a perfect vacation. The location could not have more perfect and the house was beautiful!
The grill was not working so we contacted the owners and they had a brand new grill to us within the hour!!!! Thank you SO much!
The bikes, corn hole and all the water toys were also a huge hit!
Walking into town was easy and we loved Surf City!! We hope to be back again soon.

We had a fantastic stay during our time in Surf City. This was our second trip to this beach but first stay in this home. It was beyond lovely and we had a fantastic time. Our kids loved the arcade game and the proximity to the beach and pier was fantastic. The owners are the kindest and even shipped a doll one of our girls left behind! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Best beach view and beach access for 2nd row house. House is beautiful. They do control the A/C at 72 degrees but dropped it to 70 per our request. Plenty of ceiling fans. Outdoor grill could be updated. They also had fragrant oils in the house that was a bit strong when first arriving.

Loved our time at Surf City. The house was perfect - so close to beach access with lovely views of the ocean! And it is in such a walkable location - with close access to restaurants and stores. We all really enjoyed our time there!

Our family was returning to Topsail after 5 years away, our first time staying at this property. The property was picturesque, felt straight out of a magazine, and the bedroom locations and setup were absolutely perfect for our family. We felt close to the beach and everything in town, but also felt as though in our own little oasis, able to relax and unwind in the house, too. I intend to book this property for our next trip to Topsail. Jill and Joe were so wonderful to work with, and the property really checks all the boxes.

We had the best time on our trip. The house was perfect and we loved everything about it. It fit our families and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was ideal to the beach and to town. The house was updated and clean. The hosts were beyond accommodating! Kitchen and all beach things included. We had a great time running across to the beach and also hitting up the local ice cream shops. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

The house was absolutely perfect! Great decor, comfortable, great beds, a lot of space, close to everything, and amazing views.
We used to live in the area, and hadn't been back in 9 years. We decided to come back for our 10th anniversary. The comfort and location of this house, made our experience everything we expected and more. We'll definitely rent again next time we come back to the area.

My husband and I rented this home with our four adult children. This house was perfect for our group! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need and the spacious living area provided plenty of seating for everyone. The November weather cooperated for some long walks on the beach with easy access right across the street. Jill was a fabulous host!

We’ve been going to Surf City for years and Jill and Joe’s place is the top of the top we’ve rented. Even though we had to run a day early to get ahead of a hurricane our trip was still awesome. Great updates, very clean, great location and the host are super fast to respond! Will certainly come back!!

House looked like the pictures, it was represented accurate. Great location, clean, and the distribution of the house was perfect. (bedrooms, kitchen , bathrooms) I will recommend it to friends and family.

Our family had an amazing time at Loggerhead Landing. The home was beautiful, stocked with everything and more and in a wonderful location. Jill and Joe were great hosts and very responsive and helpful. Our boys loved the game table in their bedroom! The proximity to the beach and restaurants was so convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was perfect for us and our 2 kids and our friends and their 3 kids. There’s 2 master suites so that was amazing. The kids loved the old school video gaming system and the Surf City Monopoly is a must play!!
The kitchen was very well stocked with every pot, pan, crockpots, and even seasoning!
We parked our cars when we got there and didn’t move them until we left. We took the bikes and walked everywhere we needed to go.
This house isn’t ocean front but you can see the beach clearly and the public access is just across the street.
We all knew this vacation and house was going to be amazing but it was even better than we thought it was going to be.
But don’t rent it just yet because I need that availability to stay open until we decide on our dates for next year ;)

We recently stayed at this property with 2 families of 5. Our experience was about as positive as you can get. The owners were fantastic - extremely responsive and friendly. The location of the property can't be beat - public beach access right across the street, easy walk into town, but far enough to limit extensive vehicle traffic. The property was well maintained and offered everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen (and separate wet bar), great entertainment room, plenty of games/puzzles/etc, great bedroom situation for 4 adults and 6 kids, and an old school arcade game that kept the kids (and adults) entertained when needed. We couldn't provide higher recommendations for this property! Thanks so much!

This property is gorgeous. I am a foody and the kitchen is very well stocked. The master bedroom and bathroom are wonderful. We spent most of our free time on the porch. The ocean view and breeze was awesome.

Perfect beach week!
Just got home from our lovely stay. My family and I have been going to Topsail for 3 decades and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The location was great, close to shops and right across from an easy beach access. The house was great. We had everything we needed and plenty of room.
My family rents 2 homes because there are so many of us. The other house was just steps away, but we all ended up spending evenings here. The kitchen was great to cook in and the dining and living area easily accommodated everyone (18 people)!
Joe and Jill are superb hosts, even helping to avert a crisis by sending us items we accidentally left behind.
Everything about the stay was wonderful! We can’t wait to go back.

Great house on Surf City
Loggerhead Landing was great for our family vacation we had 10 adults and 2 grandkids and we had plenty of room . Close to the pier and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Had beach chairs, bikes, and a outside shower, great stay will stay there again.

Wonderful Beach House Stay
This is a well appointed house conveniently located directly across the street from the beachfront. Nice layout with plenty of parking. Our family enjoyed the ocean view from the top floor dining area while eating fresh fish purchased at the nearby Surf City Seafood Market My children (adults) enjoyed the video game console in the kids bedroom. We brought a couple of our own bikes to supplement the two beach cruisers the house provided and explored both ends of Topsail Island on them (some long rides). The beach and water were perfect, not crowded. Our expectations were fully met.

Great house! Everything was perfect it was just as described. It was in walking distance to everything grocery store, shops, the pier and across the street from the beach. Will definitely be renting again in the future

This is our 2nd time at this property and recent improvements in Kitchen and top floor are great. We still find the location is perfect for walking distance/quick drives to great restaurants, shops, beach, etc.
