This character house was very clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The bed was great and the heating excellent. We loved staying in this historical dwelling with all the mod cons. Myrtleford is a beautiful town.

Great location it's a short walk to restaurants & shops and very quite at night

The general cleanliness was good but the ceiling fans and windows could do with a clean. We got up Sunday morning to sun streaming through the kitchen window which was really nice except the window really dirty which spoiled it.

Beautiful house located near the centre of town on a quiet street. I was there with work mates and having spaces to work together and separately was great. fantastic facilities, clean and welcoming. thanks for a great stay.

Great quiet location close to shops and cafes. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for a family of 5. The rooms were big with comfy beds.

Be careful, the hot water will burn little ones if you are not careful.

Hazeldene was a lovely, clean and comfortable property. The owners have set it up beautifully with all the amenities and comforts including wi-fi. We used it as base to visit Mt Buffalo and Bright. Nella was just so accommodating with our requests. Highly recommend this place!

Booked Hazeldene for a group of 4 cycling tourist, 60 something, gents. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds & well-furnished kitchen diner & lounge room. Very well-appointed kitchen & well supplied with the basics. Bathroom & laundry also well supplied. Outdoor deck ideal to chill out with a couple of beers after a hard day's cycling. 2nd toilet in the outside laundry also a bonus. Location is fantastic, half a block from the main street, no need to drive anywhere. Driveway is long enough to park 4 cars safely off street.

Very minor but the 4th bedroom/sleepout can only be accessed through the 3rd bedroom, would be good if the outside access door to the sleepout could be unlocked. Not an issue if not using the sleepout

Location was great and the house was quite comfy.

The location was excellent - close to the main road through Myrtleford but far away enough that no traffic noise filtered through. The house was very conveniently located near the main shopping and restaurant strip. The house was very clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. We did not cook, but enjoyed the tea and Quadratini biscuits! The whole house air-conditioning was a bonus on the cold nights (so much so that we are looking at installing a similar system as well).

A really minor point - the mugs provided were HUGE! Next time they get re-stocked suggest that smaller mugs are bought.

The location is first, so close to the town centre. The house was outstanding, comfortable, cozy and clean with everything you need. The hosts were easy and prompt to deal with, questions answered straight away.

Ineffective and inadequate heating. No heating in bathroom. Intermittent water heating. Cold draughts from under the doors.

This is a beautiful home in a picturesque township. The location near the main street was great and Myrtleford's proximity to Falls Creek made for an enjoyable snow day. Central heating was a lifesaver.

We found the hot water supply was a bit lacking on our first night, but had no further problems after that.

Everything, house simply perfect for our needs. Beautifully presented in the ideal location in Myrtleford. We went with all Nella's food suggestion - WOW, not disappointed! Ideally located near to rail trail. Why would you stay in Bright or Porepunkah, based on our experiences of last weekend. Must go to Bastoni's - best pizzas ever!!

Lovely old home that has been very well renovated, with lots of thoughtful touches. Excellent ducted cooling and heating. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Excellent location, quite literally 20m from the main street of town. Beautiful property with high ceilings, sense of space, superb water pressure in the shower!

Only negative is lack of privacy in back yard I suppose. Not at all a fatal flaw, just an observation.
