Excellent views with two large Ocean view balconies. The two bedroom apartment was spacious enough for group of 10. The beds were comfortable enough. The breakfast was great, but the pools are too small for such a big hotel and most of the time was congested so we skipped going to the pools. My major complaint is that we could not get trash bags, even after personally walking to the front desk to ask for it. Was told that it would be sent but none was sent. It would be better to take your own if you are staying more than a couple days in the apartment. The living room TV was not working, but we called and the guy who came to help was very nice and apologized! overall it was a great experience and would stay here again!!

The staff of the actual hotel was great but Vacasa was not helpful at all. I would avoid booking with them in the future. For as much as we paid, I was surprised at how dingy things were at this place. That being said, the view was amazing.

this condo has a spectacular view and is in a decent location. it’s also very spacious and the updated kitchen is nice, though there arent enough utensils, etc to cook a full meal. the staff were friendly and responsive. the pools were decent and the included breakfast was very good. that said it could use some serious maintenance and updating. the sofas were filthy. we asked for extra bed sheets and covered the couches before we sat. the hallway outside our door was never clean and frequently there were pieces of trash outside our door. . other areas of the condo were very dated—the carpet needs to be changed. the bathrooms need to be painted and updated. chipping paint and what looked like mold in a couple places, my bed was uncomfortable (hard). the wifi was weak and there is no option for secure wifi even for an extra fee. it’s ok if you are looking for a moderately priced place and don’t mind a few things that need to be improved.

We've stayed in this condo previously. We love the view! The kitchen is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable! The condo is furnished well. It is a great unit!

Didn’t care for parking a block away. Lose sun at pools to early in the day. Kids using hot tube as pool not good. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Very helpful. The free DVD use was nice. Free mini golf was fun. Free breakfast was nice but Magnolias was less than stellar. One of our party was I’ll and couldn’t come to breakfast would not let 3 of us eat at buffet and take one back. Either all had to eat there or all had to be taken back to hotel. Buffet ran out of food often.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was in the middle of many of the prime Myrtle beach spots. The parking was convenient and the staff was very friendly and efficient.
We had some issues when first getting to the room. The AC didn't work and the main TV in the living room didn't work. The maintenance person said this room was known for having TV issues and that it's because the TV's are too old to really get a good signal.
Thankfully, the AC was the worst of the issues and he was able to fix it pretty quickly. The drip pan was full and needed to be shop vac'd out for the AC to kick on.
The carpet needs replacing, and the room smelled "old" but really... when you're overlooking the ocean.. does that matter when your have the beautiful ocean to look at?
We would absolutely stay here again but do recommend some renovating. :)

The property was just what we needed for our little girls trip. Enough space for everyone. The 2 balconies were great for enjoying the ocean front view. The property was clean and had all the essentials we needed, one thing I'd recommend if having an extra set of sheets for the pullout couch when needed.

Sunrise, sunset views
We had plenty of room. We were pleasantly surprised we were able to watch the sunset from our bedroom balcony. Breakfast at Magnolia's so fantastic!!!! The service was top notch. Trust me when I say we thoroughly checked everything to see how clean it was and it was very clean upon arrival.
The only things I would say is if you have 10 people there isn't enough dishes for 10. The dresser drawers you have to be careful nothing stops them and they will come completely out onto your feet, the bathroom doors wouldn't latch closed or lock, the livingroom TV we had to have maintenance come up twice to get it working, we finally have up on it working right.
We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!!!

The unit was not fully clean. There were toenails underneath the kitchen table. Looks like some possible black mold in the back bathroom by the bathtub. And one of the two lights was flickering in the back bathroom. Friday night, security knocked on our door saying they received a complaint about loud noise. It was not us, it was the unit next to us that sounded like a bunch of college kids having a party.
The phones in the unit would not dial the front desk or maintenance - I had to use my cell phone to call the resort to ask for the front desk to share all of this with the front desk.

Great place to stay me & my family loved it.
Hotel is nice & clean great staff, very comfortable place to stay. Only complaint is check out is to early every hotel I have stayed @ check out time is 11:00 am this hotel is 4:00 pm check in & check out @ 10:00 only disappointing thing.

The unit we stayed in was great. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was very nicely done. Loved having 2 balconies. One balcony to watch sunrise and the other to watch sunset.

I have stayed in this unit in the past and the upgraded kitchen and bedding are nice. I visit Myrtle beach same time every year. It would be nice if I could reserve this until for next year.
