When we entered this house we felt instant relaxation. This house is so beautiful and spotless. We spent most of our time in the backyard at the pool. Its walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We were so comfortable staying here, and the host responded quickly to all our questions We will definitely be staying here again.

We did a family trip to Cocoa Beach and this was the perfect spot to stay. The home was beautiful and hosts were so responsive and helpful. The outdoor space was amazing to hang out with the covered patio if it rained and the pool was great too. It was a short walk to the beach and the ice cream shop was a hit too. We would definitely come back again!

Thanks to Chelsi and Marc for a truly lovely stay in their fabulous house. Nothing was too much trouble and they even delivered cushions for the sun loungers when we mentioned there weren’t any - that’s what I call first class service!!

Great experience for our entire stay. Located on a slow and quiet street with a backyard oasis that makes it feel so private. Would stay here again.

We were looking to just getaway and relax with our family and friends and this home was perfect for that. Backyard tropical oasis makes you feel like you are at a resort and the cleanliness of the home is top notch! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone who wants to unwind and relax!

This property is amazing! We are sure that you will not find another with this high level. Everything is absolutely clean, the house is furnished with love. The backyard is a dream and the pool is beautiful with absolutely clear water. Our landlords were always available and answered quickly. Thanks to this accommodation, our holiday became a dream. We were able to relax in this beautiful environment.

This property is stunning and great location. The hosts, Chelsi and Marc, make sure you have everything you could possibly need- it’s thought out so perfectly. They made our trip so special and I would most certainly stay at this beautiful property again.

This home is exactly as the pictures show. The home is immaculate, the backyard is truly your own private resort. The owners are very easy to contact if you need them. ( we didn’t have any reason to the place is perfect). You can walk to the beach & the ice cream shop in minutes. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Just show up.

Our vacation to Cocoa Beach was perfect. The house was beyond our expectations- every detail was thought of. The backyard was an oasis where most of our time was spent- Pool, hot tub, cards at outdoor table. We just returned from a fabulous vacation with our family. From the moment we walked in we knew this would be an incredible vacation. The house was beautiful and immaculate. It is so nice to stay at a property that has clean and newer amenities. We had stopped for all our groceries before arriving so it was nice that the owners supplied garbage bags and some other basic items which we had forgotten to pick up. Loved having the 2 refrigerators. The beach is just a quick walk away and it was nice to have a beach cart and chairs. The only suggestion here is that a few more chairs would have been appreciated. We had one small issue with the pool heater and when I contacted Chelsi and Marc they responded within 10 minutes and it was quickly resolved. Truly it was such a pleasure to stay here . This place was over the top! Hope to be able to come back again soon. 😊

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this home. The home was immaculately clean and the exterior patio and pool pristine. My questions were answered by the owners timely and the recommendations of restaurants and attractions were greatly appreciated. There were 6 of us in our group and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy quiet time. The pool table was a hit with the guys and not have to worry about beach gear was a plus. We look forward to retruning again next year.

We had to change our family vacation location. We were booked at a house in Fort Myers Beach. After the hurricane we had to change and picked Cocoa Beach. The house gorgeous and clean. The outdoor area was my favorite heated pool and a hot tub. The beach was close enough to walk to. I would highly recommend this place and would rent again.

My family and I decided to spend Christmas in florida this year. My wife was a litte concerned that it may not seem like Christmas without a tree and a few decorations. Not to worry as soon as we opened the door to this beautiful home we noticed a wonderful decorated Christmas tree in the corner and we knew right away we made the right decision. The house was decorated beautifully throughout. Everything you need to start your vaction is there .The beds were amazingly comfortable and the house eaily slept all 7 of us. There is pool/ping pong table and bags to play. There are also some chairs and beach stuff that you can use while there. The Back yard is exactly as described. It is the perfect setting for a family get together, with heated pool, hot tub, covered patio and nice gas grill you could really just stay there and have a great vacation! But if you decide to venture out, everything you need is within minutes. Beach is an easy walk or bike ride, there are grocery stores within a couple minutes driving (publix,Winn Dixie) and there are quite a few restaurants right there as well. The host Marc and Chelsi respond quickly with any questions or concerns you may have. Overall I would give this Resort 10 stars and can't wait to return. Thanks again

My family had a wonderful stay at Chelsi & Marc-Andre's Scandanavian Retreat! I had the pleasure of meeting Marc, upon arrival, and he made sure to answer any questions we had. As soon as we arrived, we could see that the grounds were immaculate. I used the word "oasis" in the title, because that is how it felt when spending time in the back yard. The landscaping is beautiful, and lounging by the pool or on the back patio was totally relaxing. -- The neighborhood is peaceful, yet close to attractions, restaurants & the beach. There is even an excellent ice-cream shop at the end of the street (which we enjoyed several times). -- The home itself was expertly decorated, comfortable and spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked, including all of the utensils you would want for preparing your meals. Marc & Chelsi seemed to have anticipated what any family could need or want during a vacation stay. Our group consisted of family members who have rented several homes for vacations, and all of us agreed that this was our favorite home to have rented. -- The amenities are truly wonderful. The garage is climate controlled & includes a very nice pool table/ping-pong table. We played with the skim boards at the beach, and several of us took advantage of riding the beach cruisers around town. That is how I liked to start each day, before the daily heat rolled in. -- I would recommend staying at Chelsi & Marc's home for your vacation in Cocoa Beach. There just isn't anything negative to say about our time there. We all had a great stay!
