Super schöne Wohnung, gute Lage und sicher…
Die Unterkunft hatte leider Probleme auf dem Balkon weshalb wir ihn nicht öffnen konnten, nachdem wir das reklamiert hatten, haben wir eine neue Unterkunft bekommen die leider das selbe Problem hatte..
Somit keine frische Luft die komplette Zeit…
Das System zum öffnen der digitalen Türen ist relativ kompliziert und man benötigt definitiv eine funktionierende Nummer die sms empfangen kann zur Registrierung der Türe, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr hilfsbereit und total nett:)
Parkplatz/Parkhaus leider sehr schlecht beschrieben..
Parkt erst vor der Unterkunft und checkt ins das Zimmer damit ihr den pass und türoffner bekommt der im Zimmer liegt … das Parkhaus ist direkt an dem Engel Bild links zum einfahren..
Der pass muss an den Türöffner an der Decke gehalten werden erst dann geht das Tor auf ;)…

Dennoch ist es eine tolle sehr große und schöne Unterkunft mit hilfsbereiten Menschen und einen Besuch wert :)

Loved the location to everything!
The apartment was overall great space.
Bed was comfortable.
Apartment was updated for the most part.
Overall clean.
The people were responsive to text messages when i needed assistance with heat, supplies and questions.
The shower floor was gross and not updated, paint peeling. The bathroom walls and moldings were not deep cleaned. Little things still matter. The refrigerator water/ice machine didn't work properly. Theses things should be addressed for sure.

Excellent location! Felt secure and safe.
App to get in and out of room was easy to use.
The room is ok. Needs some upkeep.
The standing shower becomes instantly clogged and backed up within in seconds of being in the shower. We noticed the sinks in the bathroom backed up as well. The tile in the shower needs an overhaul.
Room was incredibly stuffy when we walked in and you can not open windows or balcony.

Great sized apartment with really good appliances, super clean and very comfortable
Absolutely horrible check in procedure including having to sign an electronic contract, you must download an app to use your phone as a key so if you want to have a night out and not take an expensive phone with you you can’t get into your room, also if your phone battery goes flat you can’t get in.
The parking is spacious but no instructions to open the security gate to get out so was trapped until another guest showed me how to exit ( I tried phoning the helpline but no answer)
In conclusion a lovely apartment but inconvenient and unnecessarily complicated to get parked and into the apartment and having to have your phone with you at all times was a nuisance when I wanted to have a night out
Despite the apartment being lovely I definitely wouldn’t stay again due to the hassle factor, same price hotels with easy procedures all around ( ie park get a key and good to go)

The size of the apartment was very comfortable and quiet. We also enjoyed the view of the city and train tracks as it offered a unique contrast of perspectives. The location was excellent!
We didn't like the fact that the location didn't have luggage storage. And the bed was not comfortable for me; I think the bed should be replaced.

Location was great and near restaurants and a grocery store. Also walkable (if you don’t mind walking a mile) to Broadway.
There are a lot of turns to get to the room we had and it took a while to figure out. Our key didn’t work to get into the gym.

I really liked the location of the property + the fact that it had the full kitchen. I also appreciated how attentive and responsive the staff was that helped us check into our rooms. The 24/7 support was great!
The apartment room itself doesn’t seem super well kept and could use some updating and renovations. It wasn’t completely clean when we arrived which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, the need to use a key fob to enter through so many of the apartment doors was always a hassle. I don’t believe I would stay here again when there are other newer options through Airbnb or a hotel.

Amazing large space with good facilities
Located in a nice neighbourhood a short walk from downtown Nashville.
Access via codes and phone app really easy
Cleaning wasn't great lots of inside cupboards and drawers etc very dirty. Coffee machine had never been cleaned so lots of mould inside.

The shower was excellent.
Bed and furniture very uncomfortable.
Sound of toilet tank filling up with water every 10 minutes or so interrupted our sleep all nights.

the location was perfect, right in the heart of the Gulch and an easy walk to downtown Nashville’s Honky Tonks and Music Row.
your only access to your room was through an app on your phone. the key was a little glitchy but the Locale reps were always very helpful

It was clean and checkin was easy.
They are unethical. Probably the only company that have asked me to pay extra for early checkin. Everywhere else if the room is ready and available, we would just get early checkin. This is just morally wrong!
Secondly, the firepit that they have so proudly taken pics of did not work. The common area was also locked closed when we tried to enter at 9pm. The timing isent mentioned anywhere in the description.
Location is good and has some good places close by but its not close enough to broadway. We had to take uber everytime.

Die Lage war sehr gut, gutes Viertel und auch die Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Key App ist etwas mühsam, weil sie nicht reibungslos funktioniert. Auch die Beschreibung für das Parkhaus ist nicht optimal.

The location is fantastic, safe building lovely central area. The room/apartment looked great and was nicely decorated. Equipped with washing products, laundry products. Excellent for girls trip with a good budget thanks to the safeness of the area.
The whole accessing the flat is excessively complicated, parking and accessing then the covered parking is also intricate.
There's no keys and you're forced to download the app, which often doesn't let you authenticate because you have a non-us number. You'll know your room number through the app and you'll access the room at all times only with the app. so you'll always need to have connection and battery on your phone.
No access to the balcony was a bit disappointing, the only elevator in the massive building that takes you from the entrance to the room was broken, flat wasn't too clean, sofa isn't good for sleeping so it's only ideal if you're a couple or intimate friends because the bed is a queen size.

Locality and that we could cook in the unit. They were helpful when we told them we didn’t have access to our phone ( to get a code for the door) as we are from overseas and sent us an email instead.
It was hard to find. It was in a place called infinity suites and locale lofts was on the third floor.

The location is very nice. It is in the heart of the Gulch and it is walking distance to Brodway and other parts of downtown Nashville. The sheets of the bed were also clean and nice and the apartment is in a quiet building.
The check in process is a nightmare. There is no on-site support and everything needs to be done through text. Although they respond quickly, it is not a pleasant experience as things didn't work for us. Our key in the app didn't work and they had to remotely give us access to the door lock, the door on the parking also didn't work and it wasn't clear from the instructions what we needed to use.
Additionally, the elevator didn't work during all our stay, and the flat was cleaned only superficially. The kitchenware and drawers - specially those of the toilet and kitchen - were quite dirty. Overall, none of the "bad" things are deal breakers, but for the price you pay per night, I would have expected a way higher attention to detail.

Good stay here overall. The building is nice and we found the access quite easy. There are shops and restaurants very conveniently located and you can walk to downtown but it’s a good 20mins. All the facilities in the apartment were fine, the showers had good pressure.
The corridors look quite tired and need some maintenance. The train tracks were right outside the room which did cause some disturbed sleep. The car parking fob was quite annoying.

A little difficult to check in and parking was hard you have to enter the room pick up the permit before you can enter the car park which was difficult when there’s no where to park your car to do this also have to do the same on checkout it would be good if there was a drop off box in lobby to post the fob and permit and be aware if staying on the railway side of the apartments the trains run all night but with earplugs it was ok the iron was awful so take your own

Really great location, good value, comfortable and clean. It was nice having a full kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom.
The fridge was VERY loud, to the point it was keeping us awake at night. The toilet also had a slow leak and would periodically refill the tank with water, which was also really loud during the night. The AC fan was also quite noisy - overall just a loud suite, but I would still stay here again

Convenient with lots of amenities and privacy. Also very quiet.
I informed someone about a leaky faucet and water filter needing fixed or replaced but never taken care of.
Cracked and partially missing parking tag. Had to literally get out of the car and reach for the sensor to open the gate. Then asked for replacement which was issued.
Overall, a good choice of lodging.😊

overall location of property was good however the unit i stayed in was on the far end of the front exit and took over 5-10 minutes depending on elevator traffic to leave the building
no one to talk to about checking in and other stay questions. they want you to read their "Arrival Guide" which is several pages long with details for every little thing and if you don't you will most likely get a fine from the building about violations. dead cockroach in unit also, floors sagging.

The roof top was great, was in a quieter area than staying closer to broadway. Great coffee machine in the lobby. Just an overall cute apartment and loved having a kitchen.
I just wish there was a front desk like a normal hotel sometimes. Like if we needed extra or help with something I didn’t really know who to call. We also had the fire alarm go off at midnight throughout the whole building and there was no announcement or anyone to tell us everything was okay. That was somewhat weird because we didn’t know if we needed to fully evacuate or not, it also was disruptive at midnight on a Tuesday, but know that’s out of people’s control. Also the fob and parking pass was a lot to keep up with, wish we could just use it all with the key on our phone instead of needing a fob to get in the building, but overall I liked my stay.
