This place is super accommodating and the host was more than helpful and quick to respond with any questions! We had 10 of us and there was more than enough space for all of us to stay. The beach is literally within walking distance. My girls’ 5,6,10 stayed in the pool nonstop. There’s tv’s in every single room and everything was organized nice and neatly for easy access. I would give this place a 100/100 if I could. We enjoyed our stay and are already trying to plan our trip back here next year!

The Fin's house was very nice. We loved the master on the main with all the kids room's upstairs. The king beds were the best! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The mattresses are all protected with a plastic protector - which is understandable, but it needs to have another softer protector on top of that. The kitchen was great but very sparse. It did have everything we needed but for a large group it could use more plates, more cups, and more silverware.
The pool is tiny but fit our needs perfectly. We asked them to heat it and that was wonderful. The golf cart was awesome. You really don't need it to get to the beach since the house is so close but we used it to travel down front beach road to go to the Carousel grocery store.
It would be nice if the house supplied beach chairs. Most VRBO's that we have used had chairs. That was an additional expense (renting chairs).

Perfect house in a perfect location, literally 3 mins walk from beach access.
The house had everything and the pool was amazing.
We loved having the golf cart and everyone used it throughout our stay.

Wonderful experience!
We recently stayed in the home with my family (6 adults & 5 children). The home was spacious, clean and worked out perfectly for our group. The home is just minutes away from the beach access and the golf cart was a huge help throughout the week. The neighborhood surrounding the house seems to be an older area and rebuilding is in process. Overall it was a quiet area and was close to restaurants and shops! Would definitely book this house again for future vacations.

We LOVED our stay! The house is brand new and updated with everything we needed! The pool was such a nice plus, and you can't beat the location. Its only a block from the beach, which is gorgeous! I would absolutely recommend staying there.

Our family (mom, dad, 13 year old boy,12 year old boy, 11 year old girl, and 9 year old girl) and our best friends family (mom, dad and 13 year old boy) LOVED our stay!! Super close to the beach, restaurants, stores, pier park, etc) having the pool in the backyard was perfect for beach breaks and night swimming!! Definitely go for the golf cart add on!! We loved having it!! We grilled out - nice grill!! Make sure you bring beach chairs or plan to rent! Large kitchen - limited cookware If you are making big meals but very well stocked other than that! The house was very clean and decorated super cute!! Bathrooms were amazing! The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach! I’m picky with irons and typically bring mine but the iron there worked great! We had to go buy hangers but we left them there so hopefully no one else will have to go get any :) Overall we LOVED it and we will be back for sure!!!

Property owners are awesome and helped with issue we had with the pool quickly. Property is very clean and close to beach access (I walked there daily). My only improvement would be more pots or pans for the kitchen, there are some but they are rather small had to go buy a 12 inch pan as 8 inch was the largest available. All other kitchen items are fully stocked. This has been one of the best rentals we have stayed at in years.

The pool in the back yard was perfect for keeping us entertained and the kids since there was double red flags. We will definitely stay there again.

This property was one of our favorites from all our stays at the beach! The owner was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and the property was nice. The golf cart was a huge help although it’s a short walk and the property manager was such a blessing! She was kind, helpful, and always a phone call away for any questions/concerns! The cleanliness was unmatched and the house offered everything we needed during our stay! We will be back!

Best vacation ever!
This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had! The house, pool, and location were a must for little ones! The golf cart was a huge help although it’s a short walk and the property manager was such a blessing! She was kind, helpful, and always a phone call away for any questions/concerns! The cleanliness was unmatched and the house offered everything we needed during our stay! We will be back!

This home is very comfortable for 11 people. Short walk to the beach, the golf cart is extremely useful. The owners were extremely nice and friendly. Great place to stay!

We love the house and it had been renovated and everything was nice and new. The pool was perfect for the kids but if adults wanted to join them it was a bit cramped. The pool also had a rough time staying heated but thankfully they showed us how to turn it off it were to shut off (which it did several times) but not a big deal. We love how close to the beach it was. Literally 3 houses down from the beach access. We also rented the Golf Cart for a couple of days and it was nice but we hardly used it. The guys did take it down to get some beach gears and said that it was nice to take it for a ride but wouldn't chance it by taking it to Pier Park. We will definitely stay here again. It literally is close to everything and not congested. 30A is about a 10-15 drive but traffic is horrendous in that area and it was nice to be away from the crowd and still get to enjoy the same sand and water without the pretentious-ness. I also love how responsive the management was. The only reason i gave 4 stars on the location was because the area isn't the safest because it is in an up and coming neighborhood and was a little sketchy at night. Nothing to worry about but just be aware of your surroundings.

We loved staying at this beach rental. It was so close to Pier Park we drove the golf cart there. Also, it’s extremely close to the beach. Just a few steps. We meet the owners. They are EXTREMELY nice and easy to work with. The private pool was wonderful and can be heated for a small fee. The house was very large. We had two families and there was plenty of room for another family. The location was great. Easy to get to lots of restaurants and even 30a. Extremely clean.
