Worked perfectly for 3 adults and a teenager. The home had so much character. We enjoyed time around the dining room table with a fire going. Front porch is great too. We didn't use many of the kitchen amenities, but what we needed, was there. Location can't be beat, just up a couple blocks from Pearl Street.

This is a great apartment with good sized bedrooms, a sunny kitchen, and a wonderful front porch. We stayed here for more than a month and really enjoyed being close to downtown in the lovely Mapleton Hill neighborhood. My only reason for not giving 5 stars overall is that the kitchen is not particularly well set up, without a functional set of pots and pans, no microwave, etc. It made cooking here a challenge. The lighting in the dining room and living room is exceedingly dim, so reading in the evening isn't really an option. But the front porch makes up for a lot, sitting outside and watching the world go by was a great treat!

We stayed here for more than a month and really enjoyed being close to downtown in the lovely Mapleton Hill neighborhood. My only reason for not giving 5 stars overall is that the kitchen is not particularly well set up, without a functional set of pots and pans, no microwave, etc. It made cooking here a challenge. The lighting in the dining room and living room is exceedingly dim, so reading in the evening isn't really an option. But the front porch makes up for a lot, sitting outside and watching the world go by was a great treat!
