Property is as advertised. Overall clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere in Pacific Grove and even aquarium in Monterey was only a mile walk. Our group was 3 adult couples so having kingsize beds in each room was nice. We had two small sports cars that fit in garage, though one side was very tight. Driveway/street clearance also an issue. Carpeting in bedrooms is becoming a little worn but we would definitely stay here again!

The house was the cleanest we have seen and we have seen many. The open construction on the first floor is a great contrast to some other rentals with small rooms that defeat social gatherings. The WiFi is truly high speed. I measured no less than 50 Mbps to over 200 on the first floor. Some rentals call 3 Mbps high speed. We had a couple of minor problems which were fixed very promptly in a friendly and professional manner. The kitchen is well equipped for a rental. It is close to the ocean, ocean walks, good restaurants, Pauls bakery and the aquarium. We had a great time and hope to repeat the experience next year.

The property was clean, conveniently located and well appointed. We were traveling back and forth to the Women's US Open, and we couldn't have picked a better place. It was convenient to the beach, the small town of Pacific Grove and the Pebble Beach courses. Everyone was so nice and the property management company was amazing!

House overall is clean and well stocked with everything you may need. Location near beaches, parks, nice downtown area all within walking distance. Wifi, large screen TVs, fireplace upstairs and down. Nice kitchen and dining area.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Point Break. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can’t be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We are already looking forward to a return stay!

Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well-stocked, and our kids enjoyed the games that were available. We went for many walks along the shore - saw dolphins, otters, harbor seals and many birds - and enjoyed tide-pooling during low tide. Steps to Lighthouse Ave with its many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops and close to Carmel. Part of our group took a day trip to Pinnacles National Park. Pacific Grove is a wonderful town - fun to look at all of the old early 20th c. homes in the neighborhood. We definitely recommend this property and location!

There were some issues with the door keypad that never got resolved. The washing machine was not working and they knew it because it was unplugged and the cord was hanging over a short wall. Overall the property itself was really nice with the exception of being in need of a replacement of all the carpet. The layout of the home is exceptionally good and the location was optimal.

The kitchen was well stocked-which isn’t always trued with rentals. The bedrooms were nice-comfy beds. Sanctuary rentals were helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. The carpets were a little grungy but I am sure it is due to all the foot traffic. The yard does look bigger on the photos then it actually is but the fire table was nice to sit around.

Extremely well-appointed property. All the kitchen equipment was top of the line. Furnishings were great. 3 comfortable king size beds upstairs. Perfect location a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of room for parking in the garage or in front of the garage. The next time we come to Pacific Grove this is the property we would chose. We would not look anywhere else.

Beautiful home with a great location. The owners thought of everything when they refreshed this lovely home. Only complaint… the carpet had a heavy traffic pattern and the pillows are way too hard With that, we’ll stay there again

The house is gorgeous and spotless. Gourmet kitchen well stocked and there were plenty of comfortable places to sit and talk. Loved the master suite. Neighborhood is charming and quiet. We had a problem with the keypad code but Sanctuary got us in with minimal hassle.

The home itself was perfect for our small family, but we could see it would be a perfect place for 3 couples since each room has a king size bed. The master bedroom is amazing - fireplace, desk area, sitting area and super comfy bed. We were welcomed with wine, cheese & crackers & the management company checked in on the first day to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place - I've already recommended it to several friends.

Walk out the door, turn right, Lovers Point. Turn left, Lighthouse Ave with the restaurants, cafes, shops. The night of arrival, the propane tank for the fire pit was empty. A quick phone call and a replacement tank was delivered the next day. The upstairs hallway bathtub was clogged and not draining. The kitchen faucet had a leak. Both of these required a plumber, who arrived within 48 hours to address both issues. Sanctuary mgmt provided a $400 rebate, which was greatly appreciated. The house was immaculate, kitchen well stocked, mgmt very responsive to the reported issues. Would stay here again.
