Beautiful location right on the beach. Owner was wonderful - we had a slight problem with the heat and she had an electrician over within minutes. Highly recommend!

Positives: The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is as good as it gets on Cape Cod Bay......with wonderful access to the beach and sweeping views of amazingly beautiful sunsets.
Negatives: It would have been helpful if there was information available at the house on how to operate the heating/AC units. We googled the units and downloaded an operating manual which helped, but still some of them didn't seem to work. There was also no information at the house on what we were supposed to do with the trash and recycle bins and when to do it so they could be picked up by the trash company. When we arrived, the bins were overflowing and coyotes were circling the house. We decided to place the bins by the road on Sunday night and they thankfully were picked up on Monday morning. Also we were very surprised to see that all of the cabinets over the stove were filled with food which included opened food boxes which could easily attract insects....and which also left no room for us to store food that we brought.

We really enjoyed the trip house was beautiful we all needed to relax and boy did we. We tried to put outside stuff in a spot that wouldn’t get destroyed by the hurricane

We had such a wonderful stay, and Dori was so accommodating and helpful! The home was in a peaceful neighborhood, and you cannot beat the location right on the water with beach access. Our kids loved it—we enjoyed breakfast at the kitchen counter, plenty of play space in the living room, playing in the sand and water right outside, and comfy beds when it was time to rest. My husband and I loved the little patio closer to the water, too, and it was perfect for watching sunsets. We were able to access wonderful restaurants with just a couple minutes drive. We would love to come back sometime!

We hadn't been to Eastham for about 30 years and not a lot had changed on the surface. Having been used to staying in a very rustic cabin in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by this spot. The inside was completely renovated with modern everything, nice kitchen, large bathrooms, and huge living space for a group of 8. Best part of the place is the location. Right on the bay with a short walk and you're on the beach. It was very quiet with very friendly neighbors to talk to if you want. Definitely would stay here again.

This is really a "slice of heaven" ! Definitely will be back. It was so comfortable, best stocked VRBO i have ever stayed in. Clean and comfy. My 2 girls and I didn't want to leave. This is not a big deal, but I think we noticed it cause of 3 girls....There is only 1 mirror in the whole house. Upstairs bathroom. Wasn't a big deal though. The view and to be able to walk out onto the beach is amazing. Prefect location on the cape to drive to Hyannis or Provincetown. I'm gushing...I highly recommend!!

Staying on the cape for 30 years and this may have been the best few days ever for me. The house is located in a place where you can walk for half a mile during low tide. House is very close to the water during high tide and is just an amazing experience. House has great amenities. Clean, extremely organized and lots of space. The bedrooms are awesome. There is only 1 bath on second floor so no primary bedroom privacy. Which was my only bummer and honestly didn’t matter cause the house rocked! ; )

Spent a long weekend here with my wife and her sister/brother in law. Very open/bright floor plan with amazing ocean views and access. Very central to many options on Cape Cod. Owner was easy to work with and helpful with local ideas. Would definitely return!

A Great Beach House!
This was our second stay here...perfect for family fun! Clean, newly renovated and roomy with 4 bedrooms, outdoor shower, nice porch area and immediate access to the beach! We love it here!

This property was nothing short of amazing. The beach access was great, very clean, had everything we needed to cook in for the night. The only thing I would say is it could use more comfortable seating for a family visit! Great spot though!

Amazing sunsets
This home is beautiful. It is just as pictured. It was comfortable and clean. The location is absolute perfection. My grandson loved searching for shells and playing on the sandbars. The sunsets are not to be missed

At high tide, the waves lap gently on the shore - great sleeping sounds. We enjoyed the open first floor and comfy bedrooms upstairs. The upper Cape location has easy access to Orleans, Wellfleet and Ptown, plus lots of hikes. Nauset beaches also a quick jaunt. Great spot!.

Close to so many wonderful parts of the Cape is another added bonus. The home itself is updated, clean, bright and meticulously maintained. Only suggestions are to have lobster utensils and beach chairs/towels, but I understand this home is newly renovated so perhaps those amenities will be forthcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

On the Beach Vacation!!
Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids, under 8 years old, had a wonderful stay at this home on the beach! Dori communicated with us extremely well, and answered a few questions we had. The house was the perfect place to stay as it was steps to the beach - beautiful views, lots of parking space, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living room was big enough for the kids to have a play area for their toys, away from the couch. We definitely recommend this beach house for a great stay!

Idyllic Beachfront Location / Beautiful Home
Located right on Kingsbury beach, perfect for exploring tide pools, swimming, sandcastles, and sunset viewing. Newly renovated house with open first floor, plenty of room for our 3 generation family to be together and enjoy the large windows looking out to the beach. Upstairs bedrooms very comfortable and well appointed. Dori worked hard to get the house ready for us, and all communications along the way were friendly and positive. We had a fabulous vacation week, and are planning to return next year.
