This home is a gem in a quiet, wooded development! The property is exactly as described; interior was super clean, master bed was comfortable, and they offer nice amenities (bikes and gas grill). Location is perfect for walking/biking into Bethany town, restaraunts on Rt 26 or nature trails.

We loved the thoughtful design touches in this newly-renovated townhouse. Trolley goes right by to head to the beach and it’s very close to the pool as well. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and walking to Rita’s for ice cream. The view of the pond is lovely from the back but we didn’t try to spend much time dining or sitting outdoors due to mosquitos - would bring citronella candles and some natural bug repellant next time! All in all, a great place, we totally relaxed and enjoyed our week at the beach and the pool breaks too.

Excellent space and great value. The property comes with many amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Bart is a very responsive host. I hope to be back.

Cute townhome, great location to downtown Bethany! The trolly pulls up out front, costs .25c per trip and takes you to the beach/downtown. Fun times all around. I grew up going to this beach so was a nice return trip to see all the changes. K

This was our second year staying in this property and it was even better the second time around. Within walking distance there are so many places to eat, and the convenance of the trolly going right by the property is unbeatable. Bike rides, the pool and the lake are a wonderful bonus to beach days. The house is the perfect fit to my family of five.

We had such a great week! The place was beautiful and very comfortable. The owners have done a lot of recent updates, especially the bathrooms. The neighborhood is great for walking or riding one of the available bikes and the pool is close by. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time and look forward to staying again next year!

We had an excellent time staying at this property, all the amenities were as described (even more included than we realized) and it was a very restful and enjoyable trip due to this great property! Two thumbs up!

This Villas of Bethany west townhouse has everything, and is in the ideal location. The pool (a beach trolley stop) and tennis courts are a 1 minute walk to the right, or take a left and stroll ~3 minutes to the dock on the Salt Pond - perfect for SUPs or using the included kayak. The back deck has a lovely view of the small neighborhood pond, and we enjoyed watching the geese waddle by. The bathrooms are very nicely renovated, the kitchen actually has all the knives, pans, and utensils that you'll need to cook. It's conveniently close to walk to 26 and all the stores and services (we went to the Off the Hook restaurant twice), but far enough away that you don't hear any road noise. Fast WiFi, too. Highly recommended!

We had a nice long weekend - perfect location and appreciate all the extras offered at the house (bikes, sand toys, boogies boards, beach chairs, etc.) and the parking pass! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful little place at Bethany Beach! House was as described, very clean & ready for our arrival! Bart was a fabulous host, very quick with responses & gave recommendations for our stay!! I loved the setting, it felt like we were at little cabin tucked in the woods with a pond in the back but only 5 minutes from the beach! It was everything we needed for a family stay in Bethany Beach! Highly recommend!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Bart the owner was great to work with. He is very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

No privacy on 1st level - the all glass front door and large patio doors have no curtains or blinds (just the small kitchen area does) 1/16 roll of toilet paper upon arrival No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen No dish soap in kitchen to wash something off No hair dryer (the listing doesn’t say it’s included, but I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have one) Completely busted beach umbrella, we should’ve brought our own equipment. (There are 2, but didn’t think we would have to check them before going to the beach) Updated decor doesn’t make up for lack of privacy or lack or basic amenities (a roll of TP or .25 cent tiny shampoo bottle) to even hold out of town guests over for a night until they can get to the store, since stores in the area don’t stay open super late. Make sure to read the listing that no towels or sheets are provided. I’ve never experienced these things at any other rental that we’ve stayed at. If the basics would’ve been provided or more attention to detail to give us a heads up on the broken equipment, and maybe curtains or blinds for those that would like privacy, it could have been ok.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bethany and this property did not disappoint. Just a short drive to the beach or a quick trip on the trolley that would pick up right outside the door! The trolley was really nice for evening trips into town. The house was great but the community was great too. The pool was just steps away from the house and the lake just down the road. Grotto, off the Hook, Defibos And Bethany diner all within walking distance. My family gives this place two thumbs up! Thank you!
