Everything was good and in place. Nice and cozy with good ambience and view.
No wifi information provided. Not much mirror so need to wait everyone to ready. There’s hanging picture almost fall off but we move it during the stay and put it back before go back.

I like the location of the The Landmark and enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool.
The lights in the room were dim, especially at the kitchen area it wasn't bright, because we has some simple cooking and that area looked dark. I found there was some dusty on the lights too. The room environment looks like very old and not upgraded, I noticed there was water seepages on the wall nearby the bathroom. The air-conditioning is dusty when we on it. I hope there will be changes in the future.

The view scenery from apartment is great!
The lift is under capacity to carry people when peak hour for check in & out. Sincerely hope the owner can do something on that to improve.

The unit is okay. Nothing to complain.
The lift is terrible. There are 3 lifts but only 2 of them reaches Floor 18. One of it is the service lift and looks horrible.
Check out and check in was a pain! Literally a pain and bad experience.
We had to wait for an hour to check out even at 8:30-9am when it’s not even peak checkout time. The lift stops at every floor before returning to 1st floor.
My advise is to skip this place if you would like to avoid the long wait.

Gym was really big, and the pool was nice too. Apartment was huge. Beds were okay. Balcony was nice though small.
There was no microwave and the oven wasn't working.

it’s clean and cozy. great location.
the lift look unsafe. there is no lobby for the whole condo, so you have to walk through car park to get to the lift. soundproof for this condo is bad.

the location is very convenient
the lift capacity. need to wait for quite long time and we actually already plan to check out early before 10am but still getting stuck.

I wasn’t very satisfied with the money I paid for the stay. There was jasmine smell coming out from the pillows and the bed we slept caused us rashes. The bathroom had urine smell and the fan was making sound all night. The carpet wasn’t clean, can see dust and dirts on it. There are leftover snack covers under the table. I’ve told the owner regarding this and he insisted me to get 30% discount for my next stay and but I’m not very sure I’ll be booking same place to stay. Bad odour from pillow & bed, had skin rashes after waking up. Overall cleanliness very bad. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here as the owner didn’t take any action and was very rude.

too humid, mouldy cupboard. sound proof is bad, all the honking and motorcycle speeding sound from the street is loud.

toilet is smelly, balcony is not well maintained which chair and table are messy, lifts are taking so long I need to wait almost 30 mins to get to the floor

The lift is very crowded and have to wait for some times before can get into the lift.

the elevator is full occupied all the time. so better avoid peak hour to go out.
